Good morning / afternoon guys.

Hope you're all well?

My reason for contact is that i'm hoping to pick your brains if I may? Although not new to the gym and all that entails - working out, food management etc etc I have never done anything above and beyond the realms of creatine, AIs and Natural Test Boosters.

Was always too nervous regarding ProHormones and certainly the full on Steroid route.

So, although not without risk and something to be treated with respect and research SARMs seem like a good option as a next step.

What I can't get my head around is the stacking and specifically the seemingly limitless nature of what can be run alongside one another. I mean, is there a case of too much or simply if your wallet will allow run the whole bloody lot?!

P.S. I obviously wouldn't! That surely cannot be a good thing? Right?

Finally, i'm a little confused around what support should be run alongside the cycle and what PCT should be done upon completion? Is it simply a GOOD over the counter product containing all the familiar compounds - Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione etc (something like HCGnerate ES) or does a SARM require the more underground and heavy hitting SERMs like Clomid or Tamoxifen?

I've read about the Triple Stack of Ostarine, Cardarine and Andarine (got to be honest, Andarine and the eyesight issues makes me nervous.

Then i've watched online progress videos on people running LGD 4030 are are blown away by it's effects. I've read and heard people suggesting you could run a 4 week course of LGD 4030 that then runs straight into a 8-12 triple stack of the compounds listed above...

Some people running an AI on cycle, others not...

People using Ostarine in PCT?...

All in all, feeling a bit lost. You think you've got it nailed and then you read some conflicting information.

Anyways, I just wanted to get your thoughts directly. Straight from the horses mouth as it were.

As I mentioned before this would be a big leap and a first time jump at that.

Id rather do the 'tamer' ones and the ones that come with less risks of all the familiar dreaded and unwanted sides to anything of this nature.

Your time and thoughts are HUGELY appreciated.

One of the issues is that SARMs really are so versatile so you can run a ton of different combinations. That definitely makes if confusing for people so I get it. I find that you really want to simplify things and keep it simple. That helps with our sanity! First off, what are your goals and full stats? That really helps as well as your experience. A very simple SARMs cycle can be LGD 10mg per day and GW 20mg per day for 12 weeks. A good PCT for that would be a bottle of HCGenerate ES and clomid at 25mg per day. Run the PCT 4 weeks. So it would look like this:

Weeks 1-12
LGD 10mg per day
GW 20mg per day

PCT - 4 weeks
HCGenerate ES - 5 tabs per day
Clomid 25mg per day

*There are no supports required for the cycle because SARMs do not aromatize nor are they liver toxic.

What are my goals? Do you know what, I'm not overly sure. Haha. I suppose you know in the event that that magic pill arrives it would be one that makes me look like Arnie overnight and not Eddie Hall.

Stats?...Hmmm I never take much notice of things like weight and body fat, certainly not for over 20 years since I retire from Muay Thai. I've always been naturally skinny (hence my reasons originally for heading to the gym). Played football (soccer) for the majority of my life and run x2 Half Marathons. Although having never been fat I've never really been able to quite reach that massively muscular or ripped aesthetic. That would be 'the' goal. The Grail.

Usually Bench - 105kg
Usually Squat - 105kg

Currently around 12.5 Stone

I'm a big fan of using GW as a base.. it increases endurance and fat loss with no sides. i mean what else could you ask for?

from there stack in whatever you wish.. you can choose anything else.. or you can choose 2 more.. i would pick one this time and one the next and see what you like better

LGD + cardarine OR S4 + cardarine would be two really good yet simple stacks to start off with.

LGD is slightly better for muscle gain and S4 is slightly better for strength gains in my experiences. Pick whichever best fits your goals.

Look into diet and up those numbers. By the other info you're more endurance sorted than muscle.
