SARMS sleep

Hey guys,

After any information from personal experiences or studies that can assist me.

I'm a few days into my first SARMs cycle and running LGD 4033 at 10mg Upon waking and MK 677 at 25mg about 30 mins before bed.

I never had any real issue with sleep prior to starting the cycle however on the first night or so noticed I woke up a couple times but had a huge increase in R.E.M. sleep. After that I've continued more R.E.M. sleep however am waking up quite frequently.

I don't feel too tired throughout the day however feel like I should be getting more continuous, uninterrupted sleep.

I had a quick look around and saw that MK 677 before bed can some cause issues for people. If that's true would it be best just to skip my next night dose and align it with the LGD the next morning?

Thanks heaps,
Jay

Nutrobal raises IGF-1 levels 24 hours after dosing so it really doesn't matter when you take it. A once per day dosage is all that's needed.

It's really individual. Some people noticed improved sleep from nutrobal. Other people find it wrecks their sleep because they wake up in the middle of the night hungry.

When you take the nutrobal doesn't matter. Try taking it first thing in the morning with the LGD.

everyone is different and thats why im always careful when telling people a.m or p.m dosing with it... its MORE COMMON to take it pre bed because a lot of people say they get lethargic taking it during the day, which is a probability but not a guarantee and thats an option but there are some that do have sleep interference with it taking it pre bed... it will enhance your sleep quality but it may need to be dosed in the a.m. for some... its a once a day dosing as was pointed out by muskate, so dont switch that up but if you need to make the change to the a.m. then definitely try it... remember, that people have different responses and just because it works for one does not guarantee it will for you...
