Sarms1 pending??

I placed an order with sarms1 on the 25th and it's still pending.... does it usually take this long to process an order?
 
I would shoot them a message via the contact us form on their website -> http://www.sarms1.com/contact

Their customer service is awesome and they should get back to you in less then 24 hours. Your credit card might of been declined and that's why your order is still processing.
 
yeah that is a long time.. you could also call your credit card company and ask what is going on.

sarms1 processor sometimes requires proof before they will process the order, check your spam box to see if you got another email.
 
I emailed hen with a request and within 2 hours he replied. I then replies to that and it has almost been 24 hrs now. I guess it depends how often he checks.

I've sent an email, called my CC And no payment has sent through. Can a rep please look into this for me plause? This is very frustrating for me
 
What form? Why? I'm curious I haven't read anything about people requiring to send a form in.

Yeah I'm not sure why I need to fill out a form and give photo id... is this normal for an order. It's a bit of an inconvenience? Any mods chime in?
 
Also had to do this. Sent in required information and he said order will be sent for processing

I just checked and when I got continue from the pending screen is says "Hold-CB Form". I guess I will be requested to do the same form as you. I don't know how keen I am sending photo ID in. I have not heard anyone mention it on here before. I think my order may get cancelled.

Just got the request for copies of ID, CC, and sign that form. My alarm bells are going off everywhere. I have made purchases abroad before and never had this request. I don't like the idea of my ID and CC floating around out there. Can anyone CHIME in on this?

Its normal business practice. There are dozens of threads with the same topic.

Its to make sure you are you. They eat the fraud if they just take a CC number. They want your ID, a chargeback form, and a picture of the card (front and back) to make sure it is actually you making the purchase.

I actually worked for a cyber fraud security company (one of the largest in the world) for years and this is standard.

Just on your ID black out the license ID number (you can use your phone and take a picture with a piece of paper covering the numbers) and black out the middle 8 digits of your CC the same way.

If you use the same card then when you make another purchase you can use the same license photo and CC photo then just sign and take a picture of the updated chargeback form.

I disagree that it's standard practice. Maybe in the PED world but I've made purchases online over $1k and never had have to jump through these hips. That's what my alarm bells are going off.

You can disagree and not purchase from SARMS1 thats totally your choice.

Ive also made purchases for over $1,000 online....Wal-mart, Amazon, Best Buy, etc....all which spend tens of millions of dollars on fraud protection software, managed services, etc...

Credit Card issuers (Bank of AMerica, Chase, Capital One, etc) are pushing back hard now on online retailers on CNP (Card Not Present) transactions, which is essentially everything done online where the physical card isnt being swiped at a store credit card terminal.

Large online retailers spend insane amounts of money on fraud protection services and software, which SARMS1 obviously cant. In addition, large online retailers value their customer experience (ease of purchase) so much that they are willing to eat some fraud so that you can process your order as quickly and easily as possible.

Some smaller onlline retailers wont require this, will eat the fraud, and pass it on to the customer through higher prices.

SARMS1 is actually doing gthis to protect themselves and you. They arent harvesting IDs/Passports and Credit Card images to do something unscrupulous. I get the concern of sending it over email to them however you have already given them all of your address/mailing info (which is on your ID) and your credit card info, so taking a picture of your ID with the ID# blocked and taking a picture (front and back) of your credit card with the middle 8 digits blocked out isnt anything more than what you have already supplied.

You will start to see this more and more for large online purchases through smaller online vendors.

Up to you though if you dont feel comfortable dont do it.
 
Apppsrently you can send through Western Union. I'm just waiting for instructions.

The rep Tom Barrington is usually really responsive I'd email him again and see if you get a response. I have had some orders pending and sometimes it's due to the volume of business they are a little slower but I put in an order last Thursday and it came this past Wednesday for 5 bottles of cardarine, 5 bottles of ostarine, and a bottle of andarine so 6 days turnaround which is fair so they are shipping but I'd def reach out to Tom.
 
It's still pending... now I'm nervous. Why is this such a hassle. Can a REP OR MOD please chime in

brother send them a new email...no reps here...you can hit them via direct email...just open a blank email and email them directly

brother we dont ban evo brothers for discussion...fair discussion that customer support can be slower especially around weekends and holidays no doubt...but overall s1 is golden for evo brothers...they back our evo brothers big time
 
I ordered and received just fine. Got it about 5 days after I sent the paperwork in. Just keep emailing Tom.

Everything went through... I didn't know they only ship 4 items at a time and ship them 7 days a part. I placed a fairly large order so it's going to take a while to get here in Canada...
 
I'm waiting on the last bottle now.... for the money and how long I had to wait, think I'll just run good ol juice cycles
