i was hack squatting the other night like my life depended on it, and i decided needed to hack squat 600lbs. I got through my set of 10, and had my back start to spasm. i waited 20 mins and the pain subsided so i finished my workout and went home.
next two days i was minorly sore but nothing nuts. then on the 3rd day my hamstrings began to hurt me so badly i had to lift my legs with my arms to get out of bed. the pain then moved into my lower hamstring + calves + shins. it is getting better little by little, but it stills hurts a TON.
I'm gonna call a chiro today, but does anyone here deal with this? what do u do? reps for help
