Seborrhoea Dermatitis is a red, itchy rash on your scalp that has flaky scales. It's a common skin disease that looks similar to, eczema, or an allergic reaction. It can appear on your body as well as your scalp.

@muskate got you well covered here - there is no need for steroids, as you can deal with the issue with the conventional methods listed by @muskate. In any case, it would be best to visit a doctor, and get something potent prescribed, because steroids won't solve the issue. here.
How do you do this mixture? I also have this and find that the sun works wonders for it, now that its almost fall I can already see that its coming back.
The only way I can see steroids helping is possibly the side effect of oily skin. This in theory could sooth a dry scalp.
Interesting side note, Cardarine had a positive effect on my psoriasis.
