look, you aren't going to get results from a short cycle, long cycle, etc.
building the physique you want takes many years. and it is a never ending war. I have been lifting since I was 15 and I still feel like my physique can improve from here. many of the top tier guys in your gym are well into their 40's and even 50's. so if you think 1 cycle is going to make you into ronnie coleman you should find something else
