sides on TRT

I will be going under TRT next week (250 every 9 days) that's the dose my doctor will put me on, I was wondering if being on trt you can get those sides like estrogen high levels , acne or hair loss some people usually get when they run AAS.

The purpose of TRT, is to maintain healthy and natural levels of testosterone, so estrogen should not be a problem. You should get regular blood work, which will show if estrogen is high, or not, and from there on you should decide. Other than that, keep cholesterol under control (flaxseed oil and N2Guard), and you should be fine.

The goal of TRT is just to put you in the normal range so you really shouldn't have any side effects other than testicular atrophy. Your estrogen should balance out but some people do need a light AI. Just make sure he/she is having you get blood work until you find the sweet spot.

Depending on the Patient.
Doctors will prescribe an AI, to help with Estrogen Control.

But if he's not doing Bloodwork to monitor things like Estradiol, Cholesterol, Liver & Kidney Function, Liver Enzymes.
He won't be able to tell what you need.
Then you should get a new Doctor, cause he's not doing his part.
As part of the TRT regiment.

If your Doc knows what he's doing, everything should run smoothly....................... JP

You might get high estrogen levels on TRT. It's very individual. Some people naturally aromatize a lot of testosterone into estrogen. Some people don't. The only way to know for sure is to get blood work done once you have been on the TRT for a couple weeks.

If your estrogen levels are high, add in a low dosage of an AI like 5mg EOD of aromasin.

Estrogen is something you don't want high and you don't want low. You want it right in the normal range.

All of the above is of course spot on. The biggest thing I see from so many of the new "experimenters" here is that they think there is one answer. EVERYONE is different and they need to take onus for themselves. It's your health, and you control it. Just like you control the shit that goes in your pie-hole which is what makes most sick in the first place.

That said, the one commonality ALL users will have is that sides can be dramatically lessened in all cases with more frequent smaller doses. Outside of T undecanoate which I think is only available in Europe, most long esters even will cause less sides at 2-3x/wk than 1x/wk.
