i don't have an issue but a friend gets bacne really bad but not just on his back. what are some remedies you guys use to solve this?

I use dove dishwashing soap on my back if I get breakouts, but be careful it can dry your back out if you do it every day....Works for me...or DR. Bronners soap helps and probably healthier for your skin...I do not know this for a fact but people tell me if you keep levels more steady in your system as in more pins a week it can help.....I am not sure about that.For me it just depends what gear I am on.....

It can be the esters or the oils that can causing it. Everyone has different reactions. Washing the affected areas as much as possible will help. Lowering caffeine will also help some people. Hope this helps.

I do notice that helps me as well....I use to go eat hang out with my boys and it 2 hours before a shower....Dirt sweat prob not the best for skin problems

Castle soap and E control fix it for me. High concentrations of EO seem to give me worst body acne than other natural oils. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

I am just showering more often than I used to, especially after the workout. Basically anytime I sweat. No issues.

Neutrogena has a body wash that has Salicylic acid in it that is for the treatment of body acne! ...I have used it for on cycle breakout of body acne and it worked really well!!!

Exfoliate. I'm not even lying. Font get all homophobic either. Took care of my acne problems fast.

After all is said and done, more is said than done

you can try every remedy in the book and they can help. but in the end if you use steroids and are prone to acne there is no way to stop it
