There's DSIP (delta sleep inducing peptide), did well in Human Studies, and available through most Peptide Sellers.
I don't however have any 1st hand knowledge about it, but seem to remember a Few Guys on here that have done it................... JP

Before discussing in details your problem, it would be interesting to know something about your sleeping higiene, and sleeping habbits. However, meanwhile I can advise you the same thing as @gearhead - use N2Sleep. It is all natural ingredients, and it is not of these killer sleeping drugs, that just leave you KO. It helps you get asleep, and does this very effectively. My wife has huge problems getting asleep when we follow the evolutionary diet, and this supplement has been a life saver. Try it, and you will just how good it is.
Stevesmi is spot on. I really hate to "treat" a problem when it may not be a problem at all. There are so many factors that go into a good night's sleep.
And I've heard Drs. say it isn't addictive. Anything is in my opinion. Some mentally, some physically, and some both.
Anyway, you can try 1 or 2 tabs of Benadryl short term. You can combine it with Melatonin if desired. Also, if sleeping at night is a problem, then it may help to avoid naps if you ever do that. Get up early, get after the day and whatever work you do, then hopefully you are tired enough to fall asleep for a long period of time without assistance.
