noticed in one of the bottles a black speck floating. I finished about 2/3 of the bottle already. Do you think it is ok to finish bottle if I'm cautious of speck or should I not chance it? I think it's possibly a very small

Better safe than sorry, Stop pinning that bottle.
Don't risk it, it's not worth and infection or worse.
Contact the source and see what they say.

If you are 2/3's done and still alive and seeing results then it's probably part of the rubber. I'd keep going. If you just started and saw it, I'd say contact the source. You are probably fine.
 
A piece of the rubber stopper most likely broke off.

You can still use the vial. Particles that large won't be able to fit through the withdrawing tip.
