Stiff after inj.

I recently got a hold of 3 vials of test-e 300. I did my 4th Injection on thursday with a 23g 1.5" needle at 1ml. Now on Friday my right glute was twitching non stop all day with mild soreness. Now today it feels like a slight bump with a little warmth with no redness on the surface area, it just feels sore when I sit or flex my glute. I'm thinking of avoiding injection to that site for now until it subsides. Any info is appreciated.

Well yeah, you are obviously going to want to avoid it. You have two, use the other. You also have plenty of other muscles to shoot in. Could be a ton of reasons why you have this issue. I've never had an issue other than hitting a vein in my quads, otherwise soreness is expected for a day or two. But your twitching sounds a little different. Never had that happen, you are doing more toward your outer glute, right? Like the top upper quadrant?
 
You had a bad injection. It happens to all of us from time to time. You probably jiggled the needle during the injection and caused a small bruise.

Nothing overly serious. The PIP should go away in a day or two

It sounds like you're only using one site...?

This..

if your using the same site you're not allowing the site ample time to absorb and disperse the the carrier oil... also try using a smaller gauge pin, like a 25g.. 23's along can add to the multiple factors that can all contribute..

try doing some knee to chest stretching as well, loosen up that site.. do this slowly..
