I suffered a knee injury recently and can't do a lot of cardio right now. As a result, I'm about 25% body fat at 190lbs.
I'm fairly sensitive to stimulants, and a lot of pre-workout supps have made me very agitated. I've never tried a fat burner before. Does anyone have any recommendations for me as far as fat burners?
