Stimulant sensitivity

I suffered a knee injury recently and can't do a lot of cardio right now. As a result, I'm about 25% body fat at 190lbs.

I'm fairly sensitive to stimulants, and a lot of pre-workout supps have made me very agitated. I've never tried a fat burner before. Does anyone have any recommendations for me as far as fat burners?
 
What was your weight before you got injured?
Why not just clean up your diet a little bit?

Those fat burners alone are not gonna do much for you. I would always use them as conjunction with some sort of exercise variation.
 
I would avoid fat burners, and stick with tuning your diet for now. As long as you run ancaloroc deficit, you should lose fat, and you can add some upper body only cardio for now as well.
