strength stack - low weight gain

I participate in crossfit and i'm looking to get stronger on my lifts without sacrificing my endurance or explosiveness. What would be a good stack for adding some good strength without much weight gain?
 
Var is a great compound. But if u get some legit var u probably won't make it through your next met con. Debilitating pumps. Sarms are your answer not aas imo. Eq is the only aas I've found to actually not be detremental to my endurance. My appetite goes through the roof throw and I usually grow more than I want. As far as sarms go GW and Ostarine would be a great combo. I'm running ostarine, GW, and sr9009 right now and it seems like I hit a new pr every week. I've only used sarms1 brand and they have been 100% legit. Lots of info on sarms on this forum
 
No offence to anyone, but anavar is perhaps one of the worst compounds for a crossfiter - it can cause excessive pumps and cramps, which can decrease one's performance. There is no doubt that anavar will add lean mass, but it will not allow to do much cardio and endurance, which is a big part of crossfit.

The best thing for someone doing crossfit are SARMS. They will give you a tremendous boost in endurance, recovery speed, and they will give lean mass. Andarine S4 will also give explosive strength without additional muscle mass. The best part about SARMS is that they do not have side effects to be concerned about.
 
we get these questions a lot from crossfitters. we hit this topic a few times on our podcasts too

your enemies with crossfit are steroids that

1. cause inflammation
2. cause pumps
3. cause water retention
4. cause androgenic issues
5. cause joint issues

with this said you can use EQ at a low dose as a crossfitter.. that would be the only AAS i would touch

and then you stack in cardarine and sr9009 from sarms1. you can also use SARM's like lgd, s4 or ostarine for an added punch
 
EQ, S4, and creatine are the 3 things that come to mind.

EQ is a steroid that actually helps endurance which makes it a great fit for you.

Creatine really helps with explosive movements like weightlifting.

S4 is a SARM that will increase strength as well.
 
The only steroid that would really benefit an athlete would be EQ because it increases red blood cell count and doesnt cause a whole lot of water retention. Unless you are on TRT and are using the test to keep your test levels in the normal range, I wouldn't add testosterone into your cycle lay out. It'll cause water retention and make you slower.

I would forgo steroids altogether and use SARMS instead. Even steroids like EQ will probably hurt your performance, not improve it.

Steroids like EQ also open up a whole bag of worms of other issues because they are suppressive of natural testosterone production. After using EQ, you would need to run a full PCT which gets very expensive.

SARMS are going to be your best option as an athlete. Steroids will increase strength, but they will also cause a lot of water retention and negatively impact endurance. Your sports performance will actually probably be worse on the steroids then before you started the cycle. You might actually be slower when using the steroids because of the amount of body weight and water retention you gain on the cycle.

SARMS on the other hand will directly increase endurance, fat loss and recovery. They aren't as strong as steroids in terms of strength and muscle gains but you get all the good, with none of the side effects. They don't cause water retention, are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production and aren't liver toxic. You will still increase strength on SARMS, just not to the same extent that you would on steroids.

The best SARMS for endurance are PPAR up regulators like cardarine and SR9009
