My whey protein has like 42 carbs so when I mix it with creatine would it give me a boost? the sugar boost

42 grams? Damn, these are a lot of carbs for a protein product! Consider using wheytobuildmuscle - it is the best whey protein I have ever used.

I've read that taking dextrose with creative helps your body absorb it, along with dissolving it in warm water. Also, dextrose digests quickly to replenish your glycogen post workout. I think it was 20 grams of dextrose post workout with creative. Pretty sure pixie sticks were what was mentioned but Gatorade had dextrose as its carb source as well. 42 g of carbs in protein sounds more like a mass gainer to me.

this is why I say 99% of whey protein out there is pure garbage.

that is something you would take after insulin injections, not a normal joe who gets in too many carbs as it is.

unless you are abusing insulin you need to swap that out for WTBM instead.

you dont need that much sugar to create an insulin spike, shit's just gonna spill over and add to fat storage

sounds like a junk whey with alot of added garbage in it.Try wheytobuildmuscle bro or if you want to go super clean use whey iso

Complete bro-science. Creatine is 99% absorbable taken in just water. You do not need an insulin spike for your body to effectively absorb creatine.

Take 5g of creatine pre workout and/or post workout. 5-10g/day is a good dosage.

I use the creatine formula ancient strength from n2bm.com

I would use a different whey protein. 42g carbohydrate is a ridiculous amount per serving.

A protein supplement should be just that, a protein supplement. I use and recommend isolation from n2bm.com. 26g protein, 1g carbohydrate and 0g fat per 30g serving.
