Does anyone here get all protein from food and doesnt use powders? I know it will probably be a little work to get it all in food but is that the preferred method?
 
I don't use protein powders at all anymore. People think they need way more protein than they actually do which is causing people to chug shakes. They feel like they have to "hit their macros". The problem is that their protein macro is like 300g per day! Way too much. Of course you would need a shake to help you get there. Honestly you don't need more than 1g of protein per lb bodyweight.
 
I don't use protein powders man. most guys in the gym don't either. the supplement companies have done a tremendous job since the 80's at promoting protein powders..

I would rather you spend money on hcgenerate, it won't bother your stomach and will help you across the board
