well first off you need to do a lot of LSD running and you may react better to long distance interval training where you run for X pace for 2 miles then do a slow jog for 2 minutes and then x pace.. back and forth.. people will train for marathons using GPS watches which link up to their heart rate and run 10 miles
training correctly will yield far superior results than any supplement man
