I was wondering what supps you guys are taking on non-workout days. I take creatine and beta-alanine regardless but I wanted to know what others were doing and why?

The same as 'on' days. It's when you grow and recover. In fact I don't understand the whole idea of it being any different.
 
I take the same supplements on training days and rest days. The only difference is on rest days I won't take a post workout shake.

Besides that - all the other supplements are the same.
 
you are always breaking down and repairing muscle as a weightlifter day in and day out. you would have to stop weight training for 2-3 weeks to actually be in a true resting phase. so yeah you should use your supplements daily
