Supps timing

Do you guys take your supps straight away when you wake up? Or do you wait after your first meal? I just wanted to know what the ideal time is to be ingesting supps for most effectiveness.
 
I usually take mine first thing when I wake up with a small cup of black coffee. I eat breakfast 20-30 minutes after

The timing really doesn't matter much. Just remember to take them everyday. That's the main thing

I take supps after first meal because it's more comfortable for me. I tried to take supps on empty stomach, but it's bad experience for me
 
timing CAN be important

certain supps need to be taken with food and water or else they upset stomach

also i wouldn't take any supps pre workout, unless they are specifically pre workout supps. you don't want anything in your stomach

The only timing one really needs to worry about is whether or not you need to take food with it. I'd say that is accurate about 99% of the time. Some supps you need food. (like fish oil, CoQ10) Some supps you do not (like zinc, ZMA, etc..)
