I'm up waaay too early for the start to my new job! Been up since 4:30 and couldn't get back to sleep! Haha.
Day off today, so I'm gonna enjoy it! :)

I woke up at 4 here...couldn't fall back asleep either. It just means cardio will blow...thank goodness for caffine 200mg pills!
 
yup, i fell asleep yesterday evening at like 9, lol, then got up and got to bed for 9:45ish, woke up at 3 with a mind brain splitting headache, took some sinus/ heaache pills and fell back assleep around 4:30 til 6. But I am good to go, and will tear up chest day today!!!! :20:

I am noticing I am much more leaner, and though my midsection is leaning out pretty good, my delts and chest are really leaning out a ton. About another week and a half and I am done with the shredder stack! Then its off to cool down, maintain the weight for a little while, party up for my bday next month, celebrate some more, and then hit it hard again in march with some test!:) hopefully, lol.
Work is going good so far, getting used to it, and need to figure out my breakfast in the morning, up at 6, and I am just not hungry enough to tackle a bowl of oatmeal and eggs.... but I will figure it out after this week hopefully!
Just in a very good mood in general :)

Had a chest workout yesterday. Split my finger open between the db and rack putting it back, I go to get some paper towels to clean myself up a bit, and when I'm walkin back some kid is wheeling the bench I was using over to the smith machine...
I think to myself, did he not just see me on there and that my bright blue water bottle sitting right there? Ok, no worries I'll just take the barbell off the incline bench and finish up my flies there ( there are 2 incline benches and the other was open, so I felt fine using it) Ok that didn;t bother me, I'm a prett patient guy, but after my 2nd set, the kid is stilllll talking to some other people, and in the meantime shadown boxing around the place, lol.
NO biggie, I'll just get huge and he can kickbox.
So that was my day, got home, ate and crashed! Another fun night tonight where I'll be doing some back! Lookin forward to tonight! :)

LOL. I had a similar situation at the gym last night. I'm looking to get in the squat rack and some kid is "trying" to deadlift in there. Decide no big deal I'll just do my tri stuff first and then come back to it. I grab a cable and this other kid says "hey, I'm super setting in there like 2 more sets" O.k. Np. I do some skullcrushers and between sets I observe that this kid is supersetting cable kickback, rope pulls, db curls and preacher curls! He's using like half the fukin' gym! Oh and in between he's holding a personal pose down with himself in the mirror. LOL. I busted out laughing...then hopped in the squat rack a forgot about him. :tank:

I've been seeeing more 1/4 rep jokers tryin to put up weights lately. One kid was tryin to bring down an olympic bar in the squat rack down to the bar that is like waist high, he nearly tips the weights over so the plate almost flies off the side. It was only 45's on the side an he can't do a negative curl with it? I would think some guys have strength when they are doing rocking chair movements when doin their curls. They can do a whole lot more when they are using momentum to get the weights up, but I wonder why they aren't growing?? Oh, prob because they just wanna be toned and ripped, lol.
eh, I shouldn't talk, im not 260 yet at "competition" bf, lol.
 
LOL. See it all the time. I'm not the biggest guy in the world but I at least try to do it right. I try not to talk to these kids too much but when I see them doing something so wrong I have to say something before they hurt themselves.

Just a few months ago some little punk was using three machines at once. I jumpped on one I guess he had been using (but was not at) and when he came back ("I was using that!") about 2min later I told him "to bad" and to find a new one and GTFO

I'm not a big guy I just have a short fuse...
felt good... Lol

You snooze you loose thats my rule at the gym, If the ppl arent on the machine i give them 4min thats enough time to make it to the water fountain and back, if not they must be talking or screwing off. Im there to train and thats it, i dont go there to make friends or bullshit.
 
Ya when I am about to use a bench/machine whatever, there are always plates/ weights on it so I assume someone is using it. I wait a good minute before I have to take the weights off that no one ever puts back. I don't get it? Re-rack your weights, alllllll of them. Lol
I was gone from that bench for about 20 seconds, if that, and the kid takes it? If u know me you know I don't wait long in between sets, 45 seconds max, so this kid must have been in a rush to get huge! Lol

As for my bavck day yesterday, it went great. Arms swelled up nicely.veins looking pretty crazy sometimes on my bicepts and delts. Gettin leaner for sure and obliques seem to be popping more in the morning.

I have a leg day today, and after some work, should be a fun time before the xmas eve dinner! :)

I basically just came from a split like that a month or two ago. I like to always switch it up from time to time otherwise I hit a wall and/or go insane and get board! Mix up the exercises too, so when your favs come around you are pumped for them! Trying to get stronger, etc! Keep it up homeslice!

eh, I could care less about the weight right now.
But I had a huuge urge to get back into lifting heavy again last night... but jsut the thoughts of a wicked sore back, and getting injured kind turned me off again, lol

I hear ya, I have a love hate relationship with Deads... I usually do them for an extended period of time than leave em out for awhile. They are exhausting, I don't like burning out. Thats why I just wanna hit 225ish at 8% and maintain all year round. Who cares what I can lift, just do enough in the gym and diet to maintain so I can enjoy life. Right now this is all I do between cardio, lifting, cooking, recovery techniques, etc, etc.... its overwhelming for the mind too. A guy has to work, and play a thing called life too. Just not hang out with the iron right! :40:

My leg work out was crap. Got like 5 hours sleep, so had nothing come workout time. Oh well it's xmas eve and I'm gonna eat a whole bunch of food and feel better, then crash and do it again tomorrow sans the workout, lol.

Yesterday was great, rested, ate good, played a ton of games with the fam. Havn't laughed so hard while playing Balderdash! Haha my fav game ever!
Today, goin to do chest workout in a little while. Should be a great workout! Then its back to eat, relax, and Meet the parents! :)
One more week of the shredder stack which stinks, but need to recover and get ready for some fun next month! :)
Been told I'm gettin leaner all the time, so that's good and my goal!

Well next 2 days gonna KTS hard! Then the stack is ova! I'm happy with the end result, I was sick for a portion on the month, so that probably affected gains etc. As for wanting to make it down to 10%... Well, at least I had a goal set. I am def leaner, and for now I am not goin to set a specific bf%, because I have no clue what I really am. I figure I just stick with low, moderate and high bf levels, and right now I am moderate. When I start seeing veins in my abs again, I know I'll be low, lol
Chest tonight, Back tomorrow, and NYE on thursday!! Lol Should be a fun week! :)

January I'm just gonna maintain, and February I may do a tad of cutting, and the Mid March I should be ready for a fun time! :)

So tonights chest workout was awesome! Weighed in around 237-38. Muscles looked more dense and drier. Super pump, and felt great all workout.

WEll I'm all done. YEsterdays workout started out great, then ended up with me feeling sick again, lol. That's all over with. Started the morning off with some sustain, unleashed, post cycle , bromodrol, and toco-8.
not workin out tonight, and not sure about tomorrow yet, lol. We'll see how I feel after tonight, lol.
I'll post up a pic from my phone from a few days ago, not suppose to be on tinypic at work, but it's the morning and NYE! So gimme a few and I'll get it up. I am around 237, so up a few lbs,and leaner. So pretty much what I wanted out of this stack. I thought I was going to be lighter, but the cold messed me up and wasn't eating the best diet ( not enough) while sick, plus had to take a few days off, anyways, I'll get some pics up within a few days.

Can't wait to get leaner though, but goin to worry about that after this month. Just goin to diet good and have an actual cheat every week. Just and eat a bit more consistently. Should be a fun month! :)

No bro, I was just curious because I think you are looking great is why i asked. Seriously, you are one big dude! I weigh in at 228 this morning but after my pct and dropping all of this water I will be surprised if I am still in the 220's. Maybe 215, who knows really?! I got so much water right now b/w the compounds and from cheating over Christmas still :angry:

That looks good to me for the macros and sounds like a solid plan homie! You are definately under 20% dude, don't be so hard on yourself! I should take my own advice too lol. Diet is key man, when you just aim for certain proportions each meal you'd be surprised how far off a guy will be by the end of the day. Especially when cutting where it matters the most for results. I could easily eat 2-3 times more than I do pretty much no matter what diet I am on! LOL So by doing what you said above you should be on the right track for sure.

You are 2'' taller than me which makes a big difference for filling out a frame. The taller guys have it a bit tougher but you looked pretty jacked to me bro! Slow and steady, keep it up and it will cont to come! You know we all will be making sure you keep killing that shit! We are family here bro, you know I will kick you in the balls when you most need it! So look out and be prepared! :angry: lol KTS

My diet has been clean, but not getting enough cals in, esp when I was sick!
I have all my meals separated now with all the right macro's per meal. This makes it so easy to eat what you should be for each meal!:)
I am going to up the cals by 200 in afew weeks formy body to readjust. Then when I start to diet , I will be able to drop cals,lol.
Looks like I have a gym date tonight :D

Hmmm, well I hope your new "clean eating" plan of attack works for ya!! Which I think it should do the trick to keep ya right around maintenance before you start dieting again in March! ;)
 
Tonights workout was awesome!
Chest workout. Had good pump going and the magic mirrors did a good job. I seem to have less water in upper body.

Almost took a pic in the lockerroom, looked kinda swelled up,but of coursemy phone stinks and doesn't catch all the detail in the abs and obliques, lol, so hadto scratch it!

Tomorrow back day,should be another good one!
 
Weighing and seperating your food is the way to go, i need to start doing that....Good job your making some great progress. Im going to have to get my ass in gear if i wanna keep up with you when i go down there to train..

^^^Thats how i do it when i cut....Less weight more reps and extra sets with strick movement. For me i would rather look good then lift heavy.......Or both

Back day was the classic monday after new years. I found the 1 open spot in the gym parking lot. A lot of ppl in the spinning class. A few newbs doing chest and bi's lol.
I had a good back workout, solid pump from the N2KTS. Weights hangin in at the same 236-37 lbs. Ended of with a lil cardio.

Tomorrow is Leg day :)

Leg workouts are always torture. But the last like 2-3 workouts I have had nothing or getting sick during workout. But I am all set now, and tonight I am going to kill those suckers!!! :p

Leg press, seat calf raise,smith squat, stand calf raise. Abs
Sometimes leg ext or leg curl at the end, but not feelin it today.
I do them twice a week.
Not a bad workout, felt kind weak, still burnt them out pretty good!
