Had a chest workout yesterday. Split my finger open between the db and rack putting it back, I go to get some paper towels to clean myself up a bit, and when I'm walkin back some kid is wheeling the bench I was using over to the smith machine...
I think to myself, did he not just see me on there and that my bright blue water bottle sitting right there? Ok, no worries I'll just take the barbell off the incline bench and finish up my flies there ( there are 2 incline benches and the other was open, so I felt fine using it) Ok that didn;t bother me, I'm a prett patient guy, but after my 2nd set, the kid is stilllll talking to some other people, and in the meantime shadown boxing around the place, lol.
NO biggie, I'll just get huge and he can kickbox.
So that was my day, got home, ate and crashed! Another fun night tonight where I'll be doing some back! Lookin forward to tonight!![]()

LOL. I had a similar situation at the gym last night. I'm looking to get in the squat rack and some kid is "trying" to deadlift in there. Decide no big deal I'll just do my tri stuff first and then come back to it. I grab a cable and this other kid says "hey, I'm super setting in there like 2 more sets" O.k. Np. I do some skullcrushers and between sets I observe that this kid is supersetting cable kickback, rope pulls, db curls and preacher curls! He's using like half the fukin' gym! Oh and in between he's holding a personal pose down with himself in the mirror. LOL. I busted out laughing...then hopped in the squat rack a forgot about him. :tank:

In the winter i like to use heavy compound movements nothing fancy.

In the summer while im cutting ill drop weight and do more defining execises.

yup, hit rear delts with back and front delts with chest, bi and tris with back and chest also, do a 3 day split, rest, then repeat.

so im hitting them twice in a week right now. i kind of like it. recovery is faster on the stack right now, but when I am done I might go back to my old routine where every other week I hit chest or back twice a week, and once the next week. legs twice a week always, which sucks! lol
I basically just came from a split like that a month or two ago. I like to always switch it up from time to time otherwise I hit a wall and/or go insane and get board! Mix up the exercises too, so when your favs come around you are pumped for them! Trying to get stronger, etc! Keep it up homeslice!

But I had a huuge urge to get back into lifting heavy again last night... but jsut the thoughts of a wicked sore back, and getting injured kind turned me off again, lol

My leg work out was crap. Got like 5 hours sleep, so had nothing come workout time. Oh well it's xmas eve and I'm gonna eat a whole bunch of food and feel better, then crash and do it again tomorrow sans the workout, lol.

As far as bf, I'm not going to worry about what actually % I'm at right now, It's too hard to tell without being really tested, u know?! I posted that pic, and might a few more up. I'd have to give a range, I started well into my 20's a few months ago. And I'm safe to say that I am under 20% now. Lol. Once I get, if I get, a hydrostatic test, I'll report an actual number. But I like low, moderate, and high levels, and I'm at moderate bf now. I do wish I was lower bf at this point though. That cold messed me up for a few weeks. But I'm gonna kill it this spring! And quite possibly will do a show where I will be ripped like crazy!. So no worries!

Just gonna keep doing and after so many years I'll be there. I have a feeling I may drop a few lbs of fat just by eating clean and doin my pwo cardio 3x a week, def not 2-3 lbs a week drop, but maybe that during the month, lol.Just want to try and maintain my size as best I can.
Just waiting til March and it'll come fast! That's when the real fun begins with dieting and getting ready for a show possibly! Also the test, haha.
Just actually going over mydiet now, and with some help, I'm goingto start my marcos (p,c,f)at 300, 225, and 100.
I'm getting this down now on paper to see what I need for each meal, more carbs in AM and afterrnoon, and more fats later in the day.

I did legs yesterday and my knees were givin out all over the place! I would take three or four steps and then BOOM! Like somebody sniped me hahaha it was a good feeling knowing I went all out though!
