Chest day was a great workout.
But Saturday leg day was an absolute killer!!! How am I not so sore?? I'm guessing this HCGenerate is helping a lot with recovery!!
had a great cheat meal saturday night. well a couple of them actually! chicken parm, then a chicken quesadilla!
Rest day today and back to killing it tomorrow for a Back day!! :D

Sometimes after brutal workouts I don't get sore either. Maybe your body is too lazy to give you any DOMS. lol

haha, well my legs never really got sore at all, more tight thatn anything, so I think its the HCGenerate. I also notice my skin is a little more oily than normal, and breakin out a tad, so I think that could be because of the increased testosterone!!?? :)
My back isn;t sore from yesterdays brutal workout. So tomororw will be a testament to see if it really is the hcgen. I am feeeling great this morning, wide awake and energized, ready to get to the gym tonight for my chest workout!
My workout yesterday was great, here's what I did
Close grip seated rows, close grip pulldowns, 1 arm rows,DB shrugs, DB lateral raises and cambered bar curls.. all very strict and focused on the muscle doing the work, I had a crazy sweat during this workout and I am not using any prework (N2KTS) or burner, etc. Just a real focused workout, and fast paced. I really like the close grip, and will focus on that for the next few weeks as it hits the lats very very well! I have another back workout for this week on friday!
Trying to stay way from the scale right now. Not a big concern, and will be taking some progress pics for myself pretty soon. But my macro's should be around 300 protein/ 230-250 carbs/ 100 fats.

I should mention that some people have morals, and even though they are on HCGen or whatever that gives them very increased libido, they can still keep it in there pants....

Anyways, huge leg day yesterday. Loaded up the leg press on my last set, only holds 9 plates on each side soI did that, and repped out 5 reps, felt a slight tightening in my right upper quad so called it done after 5 :)
The did some calves and hack squat. I absolutely love hack squats now because they kill and destroy my quads, the isolation burns them like crazy! I am going to be doing these just about every workout now for a few weeks. finished off with some abs and called it a day!!

Rest day today to get ready for my back day tomorrow and my next leg day for sat!! :D

tell me this people - the leg press i use is verticle, i lie underneath it and push directly up towards the roof..... normal leg presses ar more like 45 degree inclines, does this not make my leg press twice as hard? with the angle being twice as steep??

i'm leg pressin round about 360 at the moment lol is why i ask!!

Yup, 18 plates. its a 45 degress (or so) leg press, I would assume pressing straight up in the air would be harder, so you doing good killing it. I keep them light when doing my first few sets, and before I went this heavy I just stuck with 4-5 plates for my last set, and all sets were very slow and controlled focusing on the hams pushing the weight up.

lol, well I start of with 1 or 2 on each side a do a bunch, then maybe 3 or 4 and do 15-20, then 5-6 and do 10-15, then 6-7 and do about 7-10, and then do my heavy set for about 5. only have been doing this for a few weeks and like it. I def feel it in my knees so only do it once a week and my other leg day is light and a lot more strict. I'm going to lessen the weigh the next few weeks instead of going up to keep my joint/ tendons from going banana's! lol
taking the weights off is a bit of a workout itself, lol.

I'm happy in a about a month I'll be able to put plates on top of the leg press, or have sbt jump up on top and scream at me while im doing them to motivate me... that's hot!
I'll think just stick with some plates, lol .... there is another leg press that is great and you can fit a lot more than 9 plates on there. prob closer to 15! lol

I am doin 6 caps ed, I've tried to only do 4 per non workout day. So it looks like it lasts a little over 3 weeks for me with the 6 caps ed. if u do the regular 5 caps ed, it will last 30 days. I just like the consistancy of 2 morning, 2 afternoon, and 2 evening. I have noticed increased recovery big time. A much increased libido. Very good energy and mood throughout the day. althought I am always in a good mood, I just seem to be more "awake" and energized all day :)
Some of the "sides" I had last week I noticed was a tad bit oilier skin and broke out a little bit. That just means it works as a test booster :)

Legs, I am doing a heavy day and a light day for the week, I do legs twice a week. I am doing this: Leg press, Hack Squats, calves (seated and standing), sometimes leg extensions or leg curls. it doesn;t seem like much, but when doing it twice a week, thats all I need. 5 sets per leg press and squat.

Leg: DUN... lol Ya killed em pretty good yesteday! Eased up on the leg press this week, and did them nice and slow feeling the muscles do the work. I killed my quads on hack squats, my legs were on FIAH!!! did some calves in there too. And ended with some leg curls to kill my hams a little :D

Did back on saturday instead of legs because my legs were still sore. Now my back is wrecked! lol
Doing legs today, and got motivated to do some deadlifts from goin to that powerlifting meet sbt and I went to on sunday. Very cool, saw some huge lifts in deadlift from older guys and young kids!
Gonna KILL it for sure today!! :D

Chest day was great yesterday. Super pumped and felt great the whole workout.
ended with a lil cardio.
Need to change up my diet in terms of times of eating. will be switching workouts for the next couple of weeks also.

spreading out a few of my meals. adding in carbs in different places, lowering protein a bit, changing it up to keep my body going ... "wtf are you doin now??" lol


same with workouts. going to give it a shock and do some lower rep sets/ exercises. change the trempo up a bit to have my body say again... "Ok, wtf are you doing now? first its the diet, now the workouts have changed... sh!t! I have to get growing!!" lol

I am happy with the way I look. I will continue to progress, diet in a few weeks, get reaaaaal cut, then start to put on a few more lbs. With a diet and training I will be able to progress. No I wont be 250 at 6%, lol. But I will enjoy being healthy. I have to start thinking about a family and all that :D
A solid goal is to be low bf at 220-225, which I believe I can get to within a few years. I feel that is a good and healthy weight for a guy my height (6'2")

It funny how many times we change our goals, but this one is for good!

Not sure if I will be doing that show now! lol, its back and forth, back and forth with, "do a show, dont do a show, do a show next year, do a show in 5 years." I may just diet for a few months than have some of our friends take a look to see if I would be competitive in a smaller show this year (they are judges for some shows). If not, then maybe next year or in a few years when I can add some good lbm. But if I dont do a show, then thats fine. I am and will be happy with the way I look. Though it would be especially cool to try and get to as low bf as possible just once. :hulk:

Man i know you will surprise in terms of what you can achieve Sweed, sure as you say it will take you to be more strict but thats just part of the challenge right?
your strong as hell and looking ridiculous right now as it is, so if you can push harder than you are now, well you will be getting where we all wanna be.

I love the hcgenerate and need to get more, need2slin will be great to try and start in a few weeks when I start my diet. Then just wnna try out bridge, just to see what it can do, I wont be "bridging" to another cycle, but just to see if it will have an advantage to me. Whatever Needto has, will be perfect to keep everyone gaining :D We have the perfect supplements.

they are all hormonal supplements. so I wont be doing any of those. inj aas are actually safer, cheaper, and give u more gains than the oral/ otc supps. if you use them right and lower dose, they are perfectly fine and will keep you healthy. it's when people dose them higher and higher is when they can become a little more unhealthy in terms of sides.
so you're probably thinking, why not do low dose and increase your gains slowly?? gain 5-10 lbs a year with AAS or Naturally?? I can gain that weight naturally and keep it (esp with needto's products!! :D) . I am also coming close to, I beleive, my max lbm wise. I think I have a good 20-25lbs of lbm i can gain max before I just stop, lol. Why go more than that when my body is natually not fit to handle that weight? that is when it starts to become unhealthy imo. Yes, I could easily get bigger and bigger if I wanted to with higher doses of test etc and get to 280 after a few years. But my heart would be working a lot harder, and I have other plans in mind to make sure I am healthy and fit.

Ya bro I agree 100%, your current plan sounds close to mine I just would like to hit 225-230 and be pretty lean (but not super lean)... As far as INJ cyc go I've never used them because (although I've been tempted), if it's avil for purchase OTC it's ok, if not then not ok (job...)...

i have been seriously under appreciating how much fuller they make shoulders look overall until a few weeks ago!

what do you find is good for bringing out those rear delts man??

I dont have any rear delts!!! :lol:
that's why I want to concentrate on them a lot more, as well as my tri's.

but I do db ( on incline bench, facing down) or cable pull backs focusing on the rear delts. lateral raises hit them, as you know :D

My front delts are much bigger than my rear, so need to focus on the rear delts, my tri's need work as well... Well my whole body does, lol, but going to work at a few different areas at a time to bring them Up ^^^^ :D

never did think much of the rear delt raises (the ones done on the incline bench facing down), never really got a good pump from them personally, but its so true that everyone needs to find what works best for them, and you know your body pretty darn well i'm sure :)

man i think your most lagging part is.............. YOUR EGO!!! nah man were all so tough on ourselves, but thats what keeps up hungry right??!!

I pick her up everyday after work to go to the gym so we can train :D except thursdays. we don't do workouts together, because we have different routines right now, but sometimes. I just check her out the whole time im there :001_wub:

Yes we do! I used to do those a lot, but it's been a while since I've done those. I was going to do those my last back day, but someone doughhead was using it. Next time! :D


So yesterday was a freakin awesome workout!! HUUUUGE PUMP!! I love the workouts with N2KTS! It makes them sooo much more intense, the pumps honestly fill me out a ton it seems and I almost feel like im on the way it pumps me up!! :D Veins popping out all over my chest and shoulders. Great times!! Chest and tri's nice and sore!

I have Back today and will think about how I will attack that workout for some serious killing!!
