What should somebody do if you do a delt injection and the area stays swollen a week ?

Honestly, that's a pretty intense volume of anything to be injecting into your delta, but that aside, I think you should go to an urgent care center or your primary care physician about it soon. Don't try anymore homemade solutions.

well shooting that amount of winstrol in your delt was just about the worst thing you could have come up with... now, after what you just did trying to drain it, i would only tell you to go to your doctor.. not a chiropractor or physical therapist or anything of the sort, but your real primary doctor
