T-Bol + SARMS

What would happen if I ran the normal cycle of SARMS and I also added T-bol. Is this not reccomended would this help/ make any difference. I am a tall basketball player. (I am not massive but I am 6' 3'') I have always had a long tall body.

I have problems getting my legs to grow yet I can deadlift about 450 (give or take) 3-4x Squat 405lb 3x Bench 405lb 1x

I have no problem gaining strength and usually my upper body can gain mass very nicely, but I believe since my family comes from a very skinny leg genetic background I am looking to put on another 5-7 pounds.

T-bol in conjunction with SARMS would this help/ hurt/ be useless. My close friend just ran T-bol for 8 weeks at 40mg/ day and gained about 4-5lbs of solid muscle while getting leaner.

How do I dose this Maximally?
My composition is 6'3'' 215lb @9.5-10% body fat (hydro static testing and calipers)
Waist 32''
Leg 23 1/2''
Chest 44 1/2''
Arms 17''
Calves 18''

I want to obviously get bigger in all areas but I am wondering will this affect my dosage.. ever post I have read about dosages for sarms are about someone 5'6''-6' between 175'' -210lb

I am just wondering does this affect dosage enough for me to have to worry about it? IF no how do you suggest that I run these two? Should this suffice if you think I should do some additional research where should I look?
 
60-70mg of t bol is more like it for your size.

add in LGD and osta into pct will helpout a lot.

I did read the article on sarms and all them individually I actually printed it and make a lot of good annotations to the article as I found it extremely helpful.

My thoughts were to run @ low dose
GW-501516

Then running S4
2x/ day

am @ 25-30mg
pm @ 25-30mg

MK-2866 (ostarine)
1x/ day

am @ 25mg

I have no knowledge on LGD-4033 (as far as personal experience) but I was wondering if it would be worth adding this into the stack or skipping it and just using the ones mentioned above + tbol for the cyc

I was thinking about for a PCT to add Exemestane in low dosages such as 12.5mg ED or EOD depending on what the members thoughts were on this as I have heard good things about Exemestane in PCT but then again I have no experience with it so I will leave that up for debate between the experts.

What are your thoughts on that?


60-70mg/ day is that safe for me to run right out of the gate because I have heard you should take 1/2 dosage for the first week with t-bol but then again I have heard you shouldnt do that what are your thoughts?
 
if your going to run all 3 sarms (osta/MK, s4, GW) LGD isnt needed. you will already have lots of extra anabolism.

even 60mg of t bol is weak IMHO......60mg to start, taper up to 80 if you really want more. T bol is great for added strength, your going to need to lift heavy n hard, eating a lot of cals for it to add a good amount of size to you.

but the triple sarm stack will keep you really lean, so dont worry too much about extra cals for growth.

Great advice thanks I appreciate it, so as far as periodazation should my volume be high or should I work more around a 5x5 style volume or should I be lifting heavier then that? I know how to structure workouts I am just asking if you think my rep range should be somewhere between 2-4 or 5-7 but thanks again for the advice!

So T-bol is mostly good for strength is what you are saying and then the size is almost like a side affect?

I have heard some of the SARMS cause stiff/ painful joints is this true? I have recently started taking glucosamine and also milk thistle.. My body tends to gain mass easily but apparently I cant gain size in my legs (although at 6'3'' I am sure 24 inch quads aren't bad but... you know what I mean) so I am excited to see if this works!

As far as diet is concerned the calories should be upped significantly I usually eat around 3100- 3500 calories Should I up them by normal standards of nutrition and do 250/day or should I make a jump to 400-500+ a day?

at least 5 reps a set, min. shoot for 8.

if you want to run tbol, you can... i have a better option for you though bro... oxandrovar would stack far better here than tbol would but you can still run tbol in this layout... if you are intent on that then run it weeks 1-6 at 60 mg day and MAKE SURE you are using n2guard along side of it... otherwise, this would be the most optimal layout for you...

yes using tbol with sarms would work great.Only watch out if adding prohormones then trying to add tbol.
