Tendon healing

So my shoulder has been bothering me since about the time I got off tren (2 months). I went to my dr and he suspected it was my ac joint. He sent me to a physical therapist at that point and I was diagnosed with bicep tendonitis in both shoulders. I haven't been able to train chest for about 2 months and last week was the first time I was able to do shoulders. I am going to physical therapy weekly and doing all the stretches and mobility exercises they want me to do as well as icing. My right shoulder is feeling a lot better but the left hasn't gotten any better I fear. Does anybody have any recommendations that might help speed this recovery up?

The Pentadecapeptide BPC-157 has been shown in numerous studies to Heal Tendons.
Along with TB-500, this would be an Awesome Combination.

The only Problem is that it's so hard to find a Reliable Peptide Company in the last 1 1/2 years, due to the Crackdown by the Feds.
Most are either Total Bunk or Severely Underdosed........................................... JP

The problems with peptides like JP mentioned above ^^^^ is that so many of the peptides on the market are fake. It's a crap shoot as to what you will actually get. I personally wouldn't use peptides.

In my opinion, the best joint supplement stack you can put together is:
5 tablets n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine from sarms1.com + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Health-And-Wellness/N2Joint-RX-p319.html
http://www.evolutionary.org/ostarine-mk-2866-anabolic-steroids/

This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.

For many years I have been having some serious tennis elbow issues, which would not allow me to workout. In fact, the pain would sometimes get so intense, that I could not even open a door. During all those years nothing would help me. Then I have tried the stack of ostarine and N2Joint RX, and let me tell you that I was amazed with the results. My elbows got well rather fast, and now they feel like new. Basically, thanks to this stack I was able to start working out with full force again. Therefore, I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of this stack. Wish I knew back than that I could also stack in there some Nutrobal Mk-677 for more enhanced results - who know, maybe my recovery would go even faster.

I agree 100% I started osta and n2joint rx almost 2 weeks ago and My tendinitis in my tricep and my golfers elbow has significantly improved already. Even my carpel tunnel hasn't been bothering me nearly as much.

I've tried tb-500 and I don't think I ever got the real peptide and I've tried multiple sites. Never made a difference. But osta has really helped me a lot.

Best investment I've made.

Thanks for the input. I will look into ostarine and n2jointrx. I wish I could stack nutrobol but its just too much money for me right now.

Definitely throw the fish oil in there too at 6g per day. It is cheap and very effective.

Deca works wonders for joints

Deca and NPP cause your body to retain water which will help cushion your joints and make them feel slightly better, but they won't do anything for actually healing or remedying the problem. It would be the equivalent of taking an advil for muscle pain. It's not helping the issue, just reducing the pain.

The joint supplements I recommended above ^^^^ will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation. Not just reduce pain.

So what about 2iu of HGH ed for 2 months?

You aren't going to notice anything from 2iu for 2 months. HGH is the type of thing you need to run 6 months + to really benefit from at a dosage of at least 4iu per day. If you can't afford 4iu per day, check out nutrobal. Nutrobal is an HGH analogue and signals the pituitary gland to increase HGH output. It would be equivalent to about 4iu of pharmacy grade HGH per day at 25mg/day.

Deca does nothing for joint healing. It masks the problem so when its over your left with a bigger one. Also its not my joint... The problem is my inflamed bicep tendon

The problem is my inflamed bicep tendon

tendon issues unfortunately take a long time to heal. strains and sprains can take a year to fully heal especially for us athletes :(

it really helps to have a good physical therapist who can speed up the process but unfortunately my only tip to you is you have to avoid any exercises that aggravate it and go LIGHT.

i am dealing with an injury myself from a fall and its healing very very slowly.. i haven't been able to go heavy upper body. so i go light upper body and heavy lower body. trust me as a powerlifter it breaks my heart not being able to go heavy.. i went from doing 3 plates bench press and 2 plate militaries for reps with no problem. to now i am doing 1 platers for reps just to keep some conditioning. its embarassing but i will come back stronger then ever once i am 100% healed and so will you

Deca works wonders for joints

If healing your joints and bones is all you want to achieve, deca is definitely not the best choice. There is no doubt that it will reduce the inflammation and decrease pain. However, it will not actually heal the joints. As a result, you can get the injury even worse, since you would be stressing the joints further on because there will be no indicators that something is going wrong. Besides, it is not worth going through all of the side effects and suppression seen with deca just for the inflammation reduction.

Instead, it is best to use something that was purposefully created for joint/bone healing, such as Ostarine MK-2866. It has been scientifically proven that it can drastically improve the healing process of joint/bone related injuries and accelerate recovery after surgeries. Another good thing about Ostarine is that it causes no side effects, and the suppression from its use is absolutely minimal. Therefore, no ancillaries are needed, and a very mild PCT will do the job.

Also, you can stack in some N2JOint RX - it has a ton of ingredients aimed at reinforcing your joints, and improving joint health.

Personally, I have used this stack when I had very serious elbow problems, and nothing else would help me one bit. However, this stack has helped me big time, and really soon my elbows felt like new. Also, you can stack in some Nutrobal

MK-677 - it will stimulate GH production, which will greatly contribute to your joint recovery. It does not have side effects either, and unlike HGH it is very easy to find the real thing. It will definitely do more for you than just 2 iu's of HGH, and it will work much faster, which is also very important.

Be careful while the tendon is healing. It is in our nature as lifters to want to lift hard and heavy. This type of injury is very easy to reinjure. The best thing you can do is give it time and lift very light as you get back into it.

And don't try HGH. 1. It's very difficult to obtain.
2. The one usually sold has an extra amino acid. I think it's 171-192, which causes sides.

Yes, it is so frustrating! I have trained chest and shoulders once in the last 2 months and I went so light it was silly. Im talking about pressing 15lb dumb bells. But hey, at least at that weight I could do the exercises!
