Tendon strain

So I have tendon strain and it’s has been a couple weeks I have had it and I have started resting it but still does not seem to be healing, I will be running 30mg of osta for 12 weeks,

So my question is will the osta help repair and heal tendon strain? Also my wrists are kinda sore and fragile from lifting will this also help? I am also running rad 30mg and s4 50mg In the stack

i got it after doing loads of squats and deadlifts. so basicly my leg days. and then i started doing 1 hr of physical activity like running and things every day

if you have a high ankle sprain it will takes A LONG TIME to heal

but doesn't sound like that is what it is. you need to not pound your ankles so much with weights AND running too. pick 1 to focus on only and do the other on occasion. you are going to run your body into the ground at this rate

i have stopped doing any activitys that include my legs like the running and leg training days. it is like between the sole of the foot and the ancle bone that sticks out

To heal your tendon strain, PureFew, pray to one imaginary sky daddy or the other. To heal said tendon very quickly, pray to all of them.

Let me apologize to some ahead of time for this but i have finally had it with this shit and people being so ungrateful and disrespectful...

Im sorry that ALL of this FREE information along with this FREE forum is not up to your standard... Do you know the cost alone to run a forum this size? The server that is required that costs a MONTHLY FEE... the spam and security that it takes to prevent cyber attacks and people stealing information... This is the largest bodybuilding forum on the internet with traffic that is mind boggling and requires A LOT of IT work etc... Do you see ALL of the countless articles that are at everyones disposal? Do you realize the time each moderator and administrator spends daily, even on holidays, sundays, whatever the case may be... Lets go down the list... Steve has been doing this even longer than I have, has to work, has a million responsibilities outside of here yet hes on here every single day helping people and has been for damn near a decade...
