Test cyp / var cycle support

Hello, finally deciding to post for advice on hear after utilizing these forums for my first few cycles.
So let's begin.

Currently 32, 5'11" 217lbs at about 14%bf.
Currently dieting down trying to get to about 12% or better before I begin my cycle.

Cycle history include:
Anavar only cycle
Test only cycle
Test/dbol cycle

Primary goal for this cycle will be to preserve what I have (possibly gain a bit of lbm) while cutting and hardening my physique.

Originally I had thought of a ttm cycle but decided to save that for a little further down the road.
This will be a test cyp/ anavar cycle.

Wk:
1-12 Test cyp 400-500mg/w/o (Mon/thurs)
5-12 anavar 50-80mg ed (split am/pm)

Now here's where I could really use the advice.

On cycle support?

I'll have arimidex on hand

Pct always confuses me a bit .

On hand will be ..

Clomid
Nolva
Osterine
Cardarine

My question is when to start the arimidex and how to schedule it.

And when to start the ptc, suggested dosage and anything else I need for this cycle.
I've been hearing a bit about hcgenerate but don't know how to use it or where to find it lol.

Like I said the cycle support usually confuses me so a little clean advise would be great.

You always want to start your AI on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT. The whole point of the AI is to prevent estrogen related side effects. Once the side effects have occurred - it's already too late.

Wk:
1-12 Test cyp 400-500mg/w/o (Mon/thurs)
5-12 anavar 50-80mg ed (split am/pm)
1-12 arimidex 0.5mg EOD

I'll check out the perfect pct again. I just wanted to get opinions on that. Didn't wanna go overkill on a simple cycle like this.

Definitely gonna look into the hcgenerate.
I see ppl saying to use it throughout the cycle as well so I wanted to make sure.

All I've ever run before pct was nolva n Clomid.
 
Looks really good to me. If your var is properly dosed then 40-60mg should be great. It depends on the gear though. Just watch it because I get crazy hungry on var. Completely counterintuitive to a cutting cycle. Not everyone gets that side effect though.

I've done var cycles before but not with test and I usually go at about 75mg ed since I usually wind up with 25mg tabs. It's done me good in the past.
Also my girl surprised me n ordered us the velocity diet to do together so I'm gonna just program that in for the last 28days of the cycle n see how it all goes.

Just waiting on a few things like the n2guard and hcgenerate to come in for pct and I'll have everything I need to follow the "perfect pct " to a tee afterwards.

Just gonna keep my lifts heavy 4-6days a week with short rest periods and a few circuits thrown in to keep my hr up and add a lol extra hiit on my down days.

Thinking about starting the hcgenerate toward the end of my cycle or add a dose here or there throughout for my balls. Thoughts?

In a perfect situation - you would run HCGenerate throughout your cycle to keep testicular atrophy to a minimum and then use HCGenerate ES in your PCT.

That becomes very expensive so that's the reason we don't recommend it but using HCGenerate on cycle and HCGenerate ES in your PCT will only benefit you. The longer you can use the two products, the better.
 
Expensive is an understatement lol.
I'd love to run it full and post cycle lol.
Need an extra paycheck for that tho lol.

As it stand I have 2 150 ct bottles of hcgenerate. I'd need at least another bottle plus a bottle of hcgenerate es to run full cycle and post.

Also correct me if I'm wrong. But the hcgenerate and es seem like they may be a decent suppliment to run stand alone off cycle am I Right?
Rather that some crap like you'd find at gnc like p6?

yes lots of guys and gals too run hcgenerate as a stand alone for increased libido and a boost in natural test levels.
 
Good to know. I'll definitely have to keep a bit of a back stock of this stuff.
I liked the original p6 but they've changed it so many times that it has really no real value anymore.

I'll give the hcgenerate original and es a shot on and off cycle.

Hopefully I'll come across a sale or promo and I can stock up for this and future cycles.
 
Ok... update.
Took a while to get everything together for this cycle.
But it's finally here..

So here I am..
Weeks 1-4
Test cyp 250mg 2× wk (mon/thurs)
Arimidex eod
Dbol 40mg ed

Weeks 6-12
Continue test cyp n arimidex
Anavar 50-75mg ed

Weeks 12-17
Perfect pct

Now I do have plenty of hcgenerate on hand as well. Just not sure if or how to dose on cycle (libido/testicle support)

Take on cycle and use as it says on the bottle.

there is something I want to ask dear muskate. Arimidex is providing water drain. does not the cycle damage? The water that the body holds gives us strength. but arimidex is throwing this water off. it's a bit confused.

AI's will disable the estrogen enzyme

if used properly they will not harm the cycle. you never want to crush estrogen but you don't want it going high either
 
"those around me says do not use it unless you see side effects.". I use arimidex 1mg as AI. eod .25 is enough? for only test
 
So any advise on the 10 day break mid cycle?
I'm thinking if I just pin sust that week before I go I should be good.
Thoughts?

Not a huge deal. Just pin your normal dose plus half of another dose right before you go. You will be just fine. Just focus on your diet while you are away.
 
I figured if I pinned sust it's got about a 10 day half life so it should work

So ur saying instead of pinning 250mg of cyp to pin 375 of cyp rather than 4-500mg sust for that week n a half abcence?

Keep in mind I'll be bringing my orals with me. At which point it should be anavar and arimidex.....

sustanon is made up of 4 esters man.. but yes they are MOSTLY long esters.. the longest being a whopping 15 days.. that is why sustanon is used for TRT in europe under the omnadren name
 
I realize that. Was just wondering if a pin of that would be a suitable fix as this trip kinda popped up out of the blue.
Not exactly ideal timing but if I'm gonna run this cycle prior to my surgery now is the time. Strengthen everything up so my recovery isn't as brutal.
 
I think you are fine either way. Whether you pin 250, 375, or 500mg before you go, you will still have something in your system. I would just go with the middle option personally but I don't think there is a wrong answer.
 
Ahh ok so if I'm spitting 500mg per week of cyp now then just pin 1 500mg of the cyp prior to departure?

Like I said still gonna be taking my arimidex and anavar on my trip as it's easier to get thru customs.
 
Ok so updating:

I'm nearing my 4th pin in my cycle.so mid week 2. Been taking 40mg dbol ed and .5mg arimidex eod from day 1. With hcgenerate as well.

Still workin on getting my calorie intake up to snuff but I'm doing well.

Feel like I'm noticing some filling out in my chest and a little water pretension. But I'm also drinking a shit ton of water so there's that. Also up about 3lbs so far.

Strength wise I'm still getting my baselines and gauging it from there. I'll know more next week.

I will say that the pip sucks with this test. Sore most of the week after a pin.

Anyone else ever use dragon pharma products before? My entire cycle and pct are from this lab.
Any feed back would be great.




Also I'm looking to run either a test/deca/dbol cycle or a tren/test/mast cycle this coming winter.... depends on the gains I see with this cycle and how lean I can get by then...
Any ideas or suggestions in setting up that cycle and support would be awesome!

Also thinking of switching suppliers as I'm reading that a lot of this brands products seem to be under dosed. So any good strong quality sources recommendations would be great too lol.

I know it seems like I keep asking a lot from y'all. Just want to do it right n get the most of my money n time ya know?
 
i would focus on what you are doing now, see your results and decide how you want to pursue it from there, not get wrapped up now, getting way too ahead of yourself... yo uare talking about the winter bro for the NEXT season go round when we are still in this one... stay focused on what you are doing now... A LOT of things will change by then
 
Lol thanks. Yeah I have a tendency to plan things out far in advance.
So all that aside. ... anyone ever used this brand before?
Wondering if any of it may be underdosed especially the dbol n anavar when I get to it...
If so I think I may add an extra 10mg dbol bring it to "50"mg ed split into 3 doses
 
Ok update.

About 3 weeks into this cycle and I'm up about 10-15lbs (I'm sure a bit of that is water weight)

Strength is up too.
Added at leas 25lbs to all my big lifts. So that makes me happy. Would have liked more but it's still early.

The pip from this brand is terrible. Even warming the oil doesn't help.
I pin Mon n Thursday, alternating glutes and I swear I'm sore on one side till the next side gets pinned. It's a vicious cycle. Always feeling like I have a deep bruise on my ads. No fun cause it's been making my glutes and hamstrings a lol extra tighter than I'd like. So I have to take extra care on squats and deadlifts so I don't pull my back again.

Either way I can see the mass coming in the mirror(I can also see the bloat which always discourages me) but I'm sticking to it and the shits doing it's job.

I think I'll be looking for a higher quality brand for my next cycle tho. This pip sucks.
 
Honestly that seems to be my only negative thing with this cycle.

Last day of the 4week dbol kick start n I'm up 15-20lbs. See some great size gains and my strength is thru the roof.
Up between 30-50lbs on all of my big lifts for a 5rm. I'm feeling solid af altho I do see a lol bloat from water retention.
But since this was the last day of dbol I'm excited to see the water start draining and see this cut up n defined once the anavar kicks in a week from now.

Plan on continuing to lift heavy 3 days a week while shortening rest times and upping the metcon. Accessory work and metcon on off days.
Almost summer 😉
 
Ok so I'm a little late with my final update but here goes.
So I finished out my 12 weeks of test and dbol/var...

Started at 215lbs and jumped up to 235 during the 4 weeks of dbol.
From there the 8 weeks of var cut it up a bit and brought me to a final weight of 227lbs.
Hadn't gotten a chance to check bodyfat percentage, but I'm definitely leaner and bigger than before. My shoulders arms chest last and traps are bigger than they've ever been.

Strength gains were great too. Steadily increasing from week to week throughout the entire 12 weeks. Both in terms of weight and endurance/reps.

I'm now post shoulder surgery and a few weeks into the perfect pct. I believe the ostarine and cardarine are effectively helping my recovery from surgery and will hopefully keep muscle wasting and fat gain to a minimum during my 4 month recovery.

Once I'm thru with all the recovery and medical shit I'll be working doubly hard to get my strength back up to a point where i can either run a DDT cycle, or a ttm cycle. Depending on body comp st the time.

Muscle memory is a very real thing.

There is a BIG difference between building new muscle and regaining lost muscle
