Okay I’m 27 6’6” 260lbs I’ve been using mostly test and anadrol over the past 5years I tired tren e over the summer with anadrol I got super puffy feeling my weight went to 273lbs just really didn’t look good imo.
So now I’m eating as clean as possible during the week to loose the fat and next week or the following I’m planning on running
1cc of test cyp 250 and 1cc equipoise every mon and every Friday for 10-12 weeks.
Looking for any added advice on making the most of this cycle I really wanna have abs so defined I could wash my clothes on them!
 
What's the Mg/Ml Concentration on the EQ.

It comes in quite a few different Concentrations.................................. JP
 
The eq is 200, I use all Geneza products all lab tested always get great results.

Wasn't questioning the Quality of your Products, just the Concentrations.
Cause it's Impossible otherwise to give you an Opinion.

I would Increase the EQ to 600 Mg a Week instead of 400.
Test @ 500 Mg a week is fine.................................. JP

The EQ that I use is 400 Mg/Ml, and I've seen it even higher than that.
And Lower than the Geneza.
I agree, Real Geneza has always Tested well on Independent Testing.

With EQ because of the Longer Half-Life.
You want to do at least 16 Weeks.

What brand are you using?
I would do a longer weeks like you suggested but I am going on vacation so I’m really screwing myself I should of gotten my order in last month to prepare.

I’ve also read about front loading on the eq than backing the dosage down, is there much benefit from this or just stick with 600mg a week for the entire time?

Yes, you could Frontload the EQ, that will get you to Peak Levels faster.
And Yes, stick with the 600 Mg the entire Cycle.
Reducing the Dose will cause Instability in your Hormone Levels.
And you want to keep your Hormone Levels as Stable as Possible for Best Gains............................. JP

To Frontload, if doing every 3 Days.
Day 1 you would do 600 Mg, Day 2 you would do 300 Mg, Day 3 you would take a break.
Day 4 you would do 300 Mg, and every 3 Days from there.

This would give you Double your Weekly Dose within the 1st ~ 4 days.
 
So how long would you recommend front loading for? And you say every 3 days from there like a mon Thursday?

Sorry if I’m sounds weird in all of this just trying to make sense of it all get the most from the cycle and hit my goal, thank you in advance for all the information your giving me

In your 1st Post, you said you were going to inject Twice a Week, so every 3 Days, or 3 1/2 days to be precise.
So you do the 1st 4 Days of the Frontload, as I already described.
And after the 4th Day (that's the Frontload), you go to your every 3 or 3 1/2 Days for the rest of the Cycle.

The Frontload is exactly that, just the 1st 4 days of your Cycle.
So within that time, you are getting Twice the Weekly Dose.......................... JP

@stevesmi my scale is saying 24% I don’t have the caliber to actually check I feel like it’s prob around 20, yeah I know it’s not an easy task to to get abs. I’ve been eating as clean as possible during the week mostly fish and chicken so far. I have a bike in the living room I hit that every night when I get home from the gym 15 mins weekends 30mins just trying to get on track before my gear comes

okay you aren't going to have abs showing at 20%. you need to get it down to 10%. and that isn't happening anytime soon. give yourself a year goal to drop from 20 to 10 and it will take diet to do that. frankly at your height you probably would look better at 15% anyway, you are just too tall to be lean.. you will look like a skinny tall college basketball player, which to me looks too lanky

I agree getting down to 10% I look like shit a hard wind could blow me over, I’ve gotten down Pretty low when I was 18 and natural and looked like shit I was 189lbs but had no size, now two summers ago I was 255 but hit the cardio pretty hard and was close to having abs while being big
 
Absolutely just focus on that diet right now. Steroids will not make you lean because they do not burn fat. Just get that diet dialed in perfectly first and run the cycle later.
 
Okay so I’m currently 254lbs and did my first injection lastnight, going to front load next few days, first time haveing that much fluid going into my ass had a lump rubbed it for bout half an hour it’s about dissipated today
 
I agree with what everyone's saying. I did my first cycle at 17% body fat and wish I had waited till I was leaner. Now dieting down and at 10% right now. Makes things a lot smoother and don't end up looking like a bloated frog! Gonna hit 8 and then do it correct this time. Oh well we all learn the hard way.

I had lost 3 pounds last week but put them back on this weekend with my cheat meals Monday is back to low calorie high protein small portions, lifting I start low weight high rep then work up to heavy controled weight then back down again in weight and higher reps

Not to sound like an ass. But why are you doing cheat meals if your on a time crunch? More than anything the diet should be on point one hundred percent. Gonna look a lot better that way than with roids man.
 
i personally used gear at a really high bf 6'2 295 at 20% i got really athletic ran a 4.9 40 but felt like absolute ass my body hated being that big and i saw almost nothing but strength and athleticism from the gear it almost made me look worse i took 2 years ended up 227 at 10% and this has been my best cycle to date i look amazing and i can go ahead and tell you being over 250lbs your not gonna have good abs until 8 percent bodyfat ish im currently sitting 260 at 10.8% with a caliper i have pretty ok abliques but i only have the top 2 abs really visible mind you i have crap ab genetics but still 10% bf for a 180 lb guy is only 18 lbs of fat 10% at 260 is 26 thats an extra 8 lbs of butter ... thats alot of volume

Your good man any questions and advice is appreciated isn’t that what these pages are for different information. Friends of mine that have been doing this for many years explained to me my metabolism will slow down during the week while barely taking in any calories so by eating a cheat meal Friday night will get it back up and moving.

Right now my butter is sitting at my lower stomach not terrible but work to be had, rest of my body is looking good so far shoulders starting to get vascular. I need to get some calipers because my scale says the same shit every week bf% wise
