Hey guys I’m currently cruising on test e 200mg, taking .5mg arimidex 2x per week, just got bloods done everything came back positive and healthy my e2 is at 112 and prolactin at 242 at the moment.

This is my 4th cycle im going into, I’ve done eq twice in the past before 600mg per week and 500mg it didn’t really work for me that well because at the time I never got bloods, counted calories or took training as serious but I’ve learnt from my mistakes, I am thinking of doing 500 test E and 400 eq this cycle as I aromatise pretty easily and I want to avoid using AI

My goal is to be around 93-95kg but stay lean with visible abs and increase strength
I’m currently eating around 3300 calories per day consisting of mostly carbs around training and 210g protein and keeping fats under 70-80g. I’m getting good results by sticking to my diet and following a actual lifting program and progressive overloading but I just want to level up abit more and see how I look with my current program on a stronger cycle. Thinking of adding an oral as well if anyone experienced suggests so

You can do eq but not this high, you should go with 500mgs test and 200mgs eq to start if you want to manage it.

@Ompo53 excellent job on this, man. You definitely started young on your fourth cycle at 25 years old, but it is what it is. As long as you're doing it the right way and you're getting your blood work done, I can't fault you.

bros this gonna be a hell of a log! I think that you should set a goal to get under 12 or 11% body fat. @Ompo53

For my diet I’m usually flexible with meals and try to keep everything under 3400 cal recently with 210g protein <80g fats and the rest carbs my foods consist of mainly chicken, eggs, lean steak, rice, potatoes, fruits, dates, oats, whey etc I’ll have a cheat meal like once or twice a week max and usually when I don’t make food I usually get GYG or subway but customised it to low fat high protein meals. I’ve only started being consistent and serious with my diet about 3 months ago. I don’t really do any cardio because my job consists of 10-18k steps daily depending on how busy it is and moving around a lot pushing cages filled with drinks and service station stock. So my energy expenditure gets abit high on week days
My workout program is
Push A (heavy bench, incline db, weighted dips, flies, push downs, overhead db, side laterals, face pulls)
Legs A (heavy squats, leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl, standing calves)
Pull A (weighted pull ups, heavy machine row, pulldowns, reverse flies, incline DB curl, preacher curl)
Rest
Push B (Incline DB press, machine chest press, flies, db shoulder press, side laterals,rear delt flies, face pulls)
Legs B (RDL, leg press, lunges, leg extension, lying hamstring curl, seated calves)
Pull B (pull ups, cable row, neutral pulldowns, v bar row, rear delt, heavy EZ curls, hammer curls, shrugs)
Rest
I’ll be more detailed with the weights sets reps once I start the cycles

I take my vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, fish oil, 5g creatine daily and that’s about it to be as transparent with u as I can

No 25 year old should be cruising or on his 4th cycle

I do track eg. today I had
Subway 750 cal 68g protein 85g carbs 12g fat
Banana and yopro yoghurt 200 cal 15g protein 7g carbs
200g chicken breast, 150g white rice, 200g potato wedges, brocolli, sauce 875 cal 72g protein 97g carbs 16g fat
Nutrient water 119cal 29g carbs
GYG burrito 920 cal 65g protein 30g fat 90g carbs
Sitting at around 2850cal 215g protein 330g carbs 60g fat
Today is my rest day but had work and have done 13k steps so far so keeping calories slightly lower might end the night off with some fruits etc to finish off at 3000
 
Yes I do track them and weigh everything myself recently got a hang of everything learning as I go

This is going to be a fantastic log. @Ompo53 I definitely agree that having visible abs is going to be important while also getting stronger. That's a good goal to have.

I asked chat gpt it said it might be from training hard the day before which can be stress and bump up the liver enzymes which I actually did have a phenomenal push session the day before

@Ompo53 you should do really well here. I like everything that you're doing. 25 years old, though. Keep in mind you're still young. You won't peak until your late 30s and even into your 40s, so take your time and do this the right way.

At 25 years old, I agree with the above: take your time, don't rush, and do it the right way. I still think you should cut down your body fat more before you start steroids, get down closer to 10%. @Ompo53

it might be but chatgpt is a robot doesnt know anything about steroids never used them, i hate ai @Ompo53 i suggest using organ liver support like n2guard asap
 
I started the cycle guys 500 test e 300 eq going to continue taking arimidex .5mg twice per week 24hrs after injection up until bloods 6 weeks in to see how I respond and what needs to be adjusted. I’ll be posting updates
you need to get aromasin
