Cardarine and testosterone are fine, but why NPP? I understand anavar in your last log, but whats the point of NPP at your bodyfat?

You're better off dropping it and adding Anavar back in imo.

Losing fat and building mass is difficult because to drop bodyfat you need to be in a deficit, to build mass you need to be in a surplus, those things dont jive together. Even on cycles.

i'm not sure why you are running a stack like this if you are trying to lose weight. NPP and test is not a cutter nor a recomper. they will increase appetite and water retention stacked. @Blindrage88

@Blindrage88 i would consider reta or tirz over semaglutide. they are modern glp'1s. also why is sleep bad?

I usually weight train for 4 sets increasing weight to failure. After that I hit the treadmill for 30-45 mins fast paced walk on incline. At night I got for a 1.5 mile walk/jog. Averaging 12k steps a day

bros NPP and test are great for bulking. they boost appetite a lot. i think if you want to recomp switch to EQ or primo

you can certainly run a log like this. but its not the most optimal @Blindrage88 i think switching to test prop and anavar would make more sense
 
Nice job cutting down so far. I would honestly leave the steroids for later and focus on cutting more. Just get some Cardarine and focus hard in your diet, training, and being consistent.

I appreciate it, the only reason I went with this instead of more var is I wasn’t happy with the effects from the var. and my new personal trainer recommended the NPP at a low dose with the Cardarine. Maybe he doesn’t know wtf he is talking about

impossible to tell, you haven't posted your day to day diet. :D @Blindrage88 you need to track daily and post your diet at least for a week so we can see baseline.

I have been dropping weight since November last year. Started at 305! Heaviest I have ever been! Divorced and let myself go. Working long hours and eating shit

you don't need to fire him if he is helping you. but just remember they aren't usually the best source of info on a lot of things. they are just regular personal trainers after all. just like any industry only the top 5% are any good but those are the ones who work for celebrities and athletes
