Sustanon is testosterone? The only thing changing is how fast acting it is, "how long it stays in the body" if you want to inject less get a longer ester enenth, sust, etc... if you want to inject more often get prop. Nothing is changing about the compound only how often you have to inject.
For all real world purposes - testosterone enanthate and sustanon are the exact same thing. The only difference the ester makes is how fast the drug is released into the blood stream and how frequently you need to do your injections. Testosterone is testosterone.
Sustanon has some fast esters in it but it's primarily long estered forms of testosterone. Both test e and sustanon should be injected twice per week.
I personally would pick test e over sustanon because the test prop in sustanon cause give some people some PIP.

sustanon is a blend of 4 testosterone esters. 2 short esters and 2 very long esters. it was designed to be injected in large amounts, less amount of time
example instead of injecting 200mg of test E once a week for TRT, you inject sustanon 500mg at one time every 2-3 weeks. the esters pick up after each other. Omnadren is a copy cat of sustanon and is used as their choice of TRT in parts of Europe
which is the best testosterone ester? it boils down to your source and the batch. guys who rave about one or the other happened to get a really good batch. 10 years ago so many on forums said sustanon was the best thing ever, simply because organon pakistani sustanon was so cheap and easy to buy, and that WAS a damn good brand before knock offs. if you were to use the egyption sustanon it was complete garbage at the time. so it boiled down to literally what country you got your shit from

I have to agree, most Sustanon's or in my case "Jelfa Omnadren 250" was some very Painful Shit.
Even though it was Pharma-Grade.
So in most cases Enanthate is going to have Less PIP................................ JP
P.S.
There was some Enanthate going round about 1 1/2 years ago.
It had Carbolic Acid in the Raw Hormone and was causing problems.
But haven't heard anything recently.
Sust is good for people who don't want to do Frequent Injections, cause of the Blend of Hormones.
It has a much longer Total Half-Life.
With the different release points of the various Esters.

I would go with Test E or Test C over Sust just based on the PIP. They can all be injected 1-2 times per week on a cycle but Sust tends to be more painful.
If it is a first cycle then definitely do not use the sust. You will already have some PIP because it is virgin muscle so don't make it worse than it needs to be.
