Everyone is different. Also depends on things like are you on anything, do you typically run hot, etc. I typically run hot and I train hard so I am the same way - absolutely dripping sweat and soaked in sweatIt's 100 degrees and humid but other people don't sweat like I do. Granted when I'm in the gym I go non stop.
However, I'm drenched and dripping.
Is this normal ?

Unless it bothers you I wouldnt worry? If it does go to your doctor and see what they can prescribe if its that bad I know they have deodorant or even like botox injections that can close your sweat glands in your armpits if its that kind of issue?
Shit I usually am pouring sweat when I hit the stairmill for over and hour. Im doing sprints the entire time and literally there is a pool of sweat on the machine and my clothes are soaked like I jumped in the pool.

Yes this is true!!Yes, that, or he simply suffers from hyperhidrosis for which treatment is available.

Yea it is. But I sweat like a mofo when training and I don't think I have hyperhidrosis because any other time I'm GTG. I tend to run hot naturally. I'm an avid hiker and kayaker and when I purchase outdoor sleeping gear I tend to buy gear not rated as cold as others typically would because it's usually too warm for me. Not that that's a tell-all but just using it as an example!! Either way - it's something the OP could look into for sure if the sweat is a bother. I personally like it - feel like I did something!Yeah, I think that may well be his problem, sub_squoch. The good news, though, is that hyperhidrosis is readily treatable.

Oh I must have missed that part! Yup, agree!Yes, the OP - skylie89 indicated that he sweats excessively both inside and outside the gym. So he certainly suffers from hyperhidrosis.
