Training back and chest together???

back is very important.. too many guys I see working their backs are really just working their shoulders and arms instead. whatever split you go with make sure you are doing exercises where the back is being worked properly.. this means using the back muscles to squeeze, instead of depending on shoulders and arms only. I see a lot of lunkheads with ego's doing way too much weight on pulls and using 80% the wrong muscles
 
Chest and back in the same day is fine - I do so from time to time. I start off with chest, and then switch the exercises - first chest, then back, then chest again, and so on. Works well for me, especially when I need some variaty with the training, or for some reason I skipped one of these two muscle groups.
 
This is the chest and back workout I will be doing tomorrow:

Day 3: Chest/back heavy

Warm up: 5 minutes on stepmill

Exercise Sets x Reps
Incline dumbell fly 5 x 20, 15, 10, 8, 6
Flat barbell bench press 3 x 10, 8, 6
Inclinde dumbell bench press 3 x 10, 8, 6
Wide grip assisted pull up 5 x 20, 15, 10, 8, 6
Single arm underhand grip pull down 3 x 10, 8, 6
Bent over underhand grip barbell row 3 x 10, 8, 6
Hammer Strength row (one arm at a time, palms facing floor) 3 x 10, 8, 6
Bodyweight lower back hyperextension 3 x 10
