So i did what everyone says not to do, i injected my triceps. the good news is i managed to get the injection over with quickly, the bad news is now my triceps are swollen and in pain. do you recommend i inject my triceps or do you think i should hit another spot? i am losing my patience with finding places to inject.
Not a spot I pin. I stick to glutes, ventrogluteal, and delts. Much easier and less painful.
It dont go well the first time and you want to do it again? Maybe dont pin triceps? Just a thought....
Lol what made you pin tricep ? That is the weirdest spot I've ever heard someone trying to pin lol
I once pinned somewhere from 1.5 to 2 mL in the tricep. Wasn’t very muscular at the time either. Hitting back the next day, was doing supinated lat pulldown and you could hear oil squirting out of my tricep on each contraction. Buddy a few feet away could hear it. I still pin triceps on occasion but don’t go over half a mL.
