hi,

i am looking to start using protien to help me gain some size, but i only have time to be able to go in the gym once or twice a week, do you think i should still use protien or would it be a waste of time and money?

Forget using protein. Going to the gym once a week... forget that too. Twice a week is the minimum (more for maintaining than gaining) and then add in FOOD!

At the end of the day it's your decision. If your diet is not adequate and you are not eating enough I would start off fixing that first and then look up for this extra stuff.

Well you womt need the extra protein if you arent doing what you need in the gym to require it. I'd find a way to train properly
