Var- serious pumps?

I didnt realize it, but var is giving me serious back pumps and I am not sure if I can handle the pain. Should I lower by dosage of 50mg or should I come off of it completely ?

i'm not sure why guys don't seem to grasp that concept. it isn't for runners

if you are getting back pumps in the gym from weight training then yeah drop the dosage and add n2guard, it has taurine. you can message me for a code

How do u know he is a runner?
 
Var is ver well known to cause pumps and hinder workouts if to much is taken.
I would drop the dosage. How much are you running.?

Honestly I use 80-100mg of var when I use it if I can afford it. If not I use 50. It gives you super human strength, I love it second to none. For strength to sides ratio it is untouchable in my opinion. Drink plenty of water. When bicycling or running drink at least 250ml every have hour. The only time I get pumps is when I rob my muscles of enough hydration. And var dries you out like most aas. Personally I would try upping my water intake before lowering my dose i think your in the sweet spot but thats just my opinion.

Muscle pumps are a very common side effect from oral steroids. Taurine will slightly help but honestly - the only thing that's going to really stop it is to just stop using the anavar.
 
this is one of the reasons i hate anavar... the pumps are ridiculous and for someone that does the amount of cardio that i do, they are nothing but a huge pain in the ass and i never see any big results when using it.. which is why its probably my least favorite steroid
 
They actually get that bad? I guess I am really lucky that I have never felt that more than a handfull of times. And I run and bike often . The only time I have got them is my hamstring when giving it to the wife haha. Its weird how different people are affected.

I wonder what the difference would be? I'm sure you probably take all the same supplement goodies that I do. We have similar builds, you are obviously way more ripped haha but I'm just curious why I don't get them. I did a lot of anaerobic workouts in my early 20's waay before stetoids though. I would get them back then when I started doing that, but after about a year I could do whole sets with one breath without straining. I used to want to underwater weld so I was training for air failure in my suit actually haha. Never did go do that. But I wonder if that helped. Because I rarely cramp unless I'm dehydrated.
