Do these two together boost nitric oxide production ? What are the best things to take to boost NO?
 
Vitamin C is a precursor to nitric oxide but garlic is not.

Foods that are rich in nitrates like beets are great to increase nitric oxide levels

Neither of those do.

Try beetroot or pomegranate juice.
 
I hope you aren't using garlic pre workout

garlic is very tough on the stomach. you never want to put it in your stomach ahead of a workout, dumb idea

guys who have any sort of IBS will be in big trouble
 
Beetroots are usually the best natural nitric oxide producer.
 
If you are looking for pumps in the gym then there are a few things to do. First you can try eating some carbs. Make sure you are hydrated. That one is often not done. The last thing is to lift with higher rep ranges.
