I'm looking to use a vitamin that works that isn't going to cause a lot of urination after I take them
the ones I was using before that I got from the Whole Food store would make me pee a lot after I took them. and my pee would be like weird colors like orange and yellow
do you think that means that I was just peeing it out the whole time?

The colors are from the b12 and vitamin C nothing to worry about, try using n2guard daily maybe 3-4 caps.
