Week 8 update

Currently running test cyp 500 mg weekly and into my 8th week as of now. I started around 156 and and currently between 167-170. Although i don't feel like i see the difference in my body at times that others seem to while others don't. when i lift i know that the pump is crazy as well. i do know for a fact my strength has gone up insane.. I'm curious to see if i will get this size people preach about after contnuing with me high card / high protein diet. I'm told to add more fat but I'm naturally a lean guy always had been. Anyone feel this is odd that I've only gained around 10lbs at week 8 so far? or is it average , this is also my first cyp cycle. Running Robo's cyp..
 
Also running letro at low dosage as well as nolva to keep off a gyno situation i had in week 6.. all is well now with that issue..
 
Not really if you have stayed lean. Any retard with Test can put on 30 lbs in 12 weeks,

what matters is the quality of the gains and muscle mass. to gain 5-10 lbs of quality muscle is good .

How do you plan to maintain your gains? PCT Sarms bridge?
 
Of course pct.. Nolva for sure witt the dosage recommended here... Clomid was an option with NOLVA but for jus a simple test cycle I'm not sure it is 100% needed unless strongly suggested..
 
I'm all about quailty over quantity for sure. If you have put on 10lbs of solid lbm then Good for you.
Naturally diet is a crucial part of your cycle. ...if you feel like you need more dense mass play with your carb intake a bit.
 
Shit, double posted. I'm happy with my results because I managed to lose 6% bf and gain 5lbs of muscle
 
I'm in the same boat. this Sat will be 8 weeks of Test E. I think I've gained close to 10 lbs but I've also lost some body fat. I can pinch much less fat around my mid section. I'm 6'3" 215lbs right now
 
This quite a good gain you made, especially if it is lean gain. Keep it up, and thanks for sharing your experience with us.
 
10 pounds that fast is a lot of weight.

not sure what you were expecting in 8 weeks but rome wasn't built overnight. there are guys on here who have 20 cycles under their belt who still aren't where they want to be, including me.

you need to chill and take things 1 step at a time.
 
Sounds like you are a hard gainer. To put things in perspective and look at it more positively......it was a 6.4% increase in lean body mass. A 200lb guy would have had to gain 13.4lbs (up to 213.4lbs) to have the equal gain as you. After 8 weeks! You need to keep things in perspective. Try LGD on your next run. Many of us have run LGD with these same results.......seriously!

10 pounds of quality muscle in 2 months is an AWESOME cycle.

Put it this way. If you do 3 cycles in a year, that's 30 pounds per year. You would be the biggest bodybuilder in the planet in 3 years at that pace.

Don't be impatient. This sport is a marathon. It's a lifestyle. Run your PCT, take some time off and then start another cycle. 2 steps forward 1 step back.
 
Your up 1p ponds and lost noticable body fat too actually see body fat reduction you lost at least 5 lbs that would give you 15lbs new muscle this is great gains like they said dont know what miracle you expected but that was a good cycle if it happened over night we would all have a pro physique good work bro be patient
 
Exactly man It's crazy. See I'm not a big guy I'm lean as hell started around 158.. I'm 5 8' . But I notice my waist is continuing to slim like my suit pants feel big on the waist but I'm the same weight. My pumps are sick I'm gonna say right now I'm weighing around 166 . I may have over balled it saying 10lbs I think personally but who knows I document it much more closely than before . I do see some comments from people in the gym but i am happy so far. I'm used to people I know who have run around 3 cycles and blew up but I'm reality there diet was prob shit which is why they pack the pounds . I'm eating good , lifting good. Hitting my lagging parts hard "chest and legs " hopefully to see some size .. Thanks for the feed back
 
Ok bro imstead of guessing you need too be measuring get a 15 dollar set of fat calipers and start measuring your body composition weekly and adjust diet and training accordingly using anabolics is a serious step in bodybuilding measuring your body and weighing your food comes first if i gain a pound i can tell you how much is fat water or muscle cause i pay very close attention too my body .
 
I weigh each ounce of food as well. I admit I don't measure but I will start just to get into the habit. I use a scale but I may need to buy a better one .. From this week on I'll be on point with measuring .. Thanks for the advice .. I'll keep u posted thou
