guys what's the best weight gainer i can take ? i'm very thin and need to put up some weight asap, thanks.

Any mass gainer shake is going to be full of low quality carbohydrates and oils as fillers. It is pretty much a sure way to get fat.

Your best option is to make your own high calorie shake. It'll be much cheaper, and provide much more nutrients then any mass gainer type of shake.

Buy a high quality blender and blend together the following:
2 scoops of a high quality protein powder such as wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...scle-p290.html
oatmeal
natural almond butter or peanut butter
frozen fruit
banana
ice
chia/flax seeds
spinach/kale

You can easily make the shake 800 calories and drink it for breakfast.

The best weight gainer is real food - that is, if you want to gain quality weight, and not just some fat, which is a rather easy thing to do with weight gainers. Therefore, better use @muskate's recipe, as it is mostly composed or real food, and it has no additives or other shit you don't need, and which will increase your fat levels. I have tried this recipe, and it tastes pretty good, so it would definitely be the optimal thing to choose. Most of these weight gainers sold in shops are full of fillers, sugars, and additives that are not good for your health, and which will mostly help you gain fat, not lean mass.

You need to eat more real food. Relying on shakes will not put mass on you. I would use a whey isolate and add things to it like Muskate says but that is only in addition to a good diet. You need to be eating lean meats, eggs, complex carbs and good fats.

The more peanut butter, the merrier, as its so dense in calories.

Of course, if you go overboard with caloric intake, you will get fluffy
