what other supplement besides protein powder can be taken for weight gains? so far I don't see results with this whey protein.
 
If you aren't seeing results it has nothing to do with supplements. It means you are not consuming enough total calories throughout the day. Sure, protein powders can help you get to your target for the day but you need to focus on food. If you are not gaining weight then start tracking your calories every day to ensure you are in a surplus. If you like having a shake in your diet just add things to it such as fruit, spinach, almond butter, chia seeds, coconut oil, oatmeal, etc. Those are easy ways to make them higher calorie but still clean foods.
 
If you want to gain quality weight - you are going to need to put your work in at the dinner table. All weight gainers are going to do is get you fat. You might as well just go to a fast food joint and load up.

The key to gaining quality weights is LOTS of clean food. You need to approach eating like its a full time job. 3-4 meals and 2-3 shakes per day.
 
Allmax QuickMass- 1,010 cal, 7g fat, 180g carbs, 60g protein...if you can’t get enough real food or don’t have the time I 10/10 recommend
