Weight loss stopped,need advise!!!

Im now 2 weeks without carbs on the evo diet.I went from 211 pounds down to 196 pounds. Im eating 2300 cals a day. Today I carb up. Will this be enough to start my weight loss new again, or should I eat one day over my 2300 cals to shock the body???
 
Be patient. You only want to be loosing 1-2 pounds per week. Anymore then that and you are really risking loosing muscle. However long it took you to gain the weight - it'll take atleast that long to loose it all.

Once per week do a re-feed day of around 3000 calories. Make the day high in protein, high in carbohydrates and low in fat. Do this day on your hardest training day, such as your leg day.
 
Check out the results after the refeed day, and then make conclusions. Personally, when I was doing it for the first time I was amazed with how much weight I lost after the refeed. Therefore, do the refeed, and expect further weight loss.
