Thank you brother I'm 29 years old ,170lbs 10%bodyfat. I've competed in some competitions Novice and open men bodybuilding and got good places. Now I'm seeking for more definition with lean muscles because I will compete in another contest after 4 months.

I'm new to the gear scene or novice and I've posted on a couple forums and every single other forum they just bash and you idiot why this why that that's stupid.....
