One of my tip to drop a lot of bf is the way I do my workout I take 35-45 second rest in every set like today I finish my workout in 1 hour 10 minutes
 
I do short rest periods, and I do cardio. 30 min after work outs, usually 60 min on rest days. Kind of blurs the line between fat loss and hypertrophy though

Bro don't do more than 2 times a week cardio and drink some amino acid to mantain your muscle

A little cardio is very beneficial....both for staying lean and increasing appetite...which is very important when trying to pound calories. This is why I do cardio year round
 
hmm.. I always thought cardio was french. Cause it's gay like them.
