What to Expect Post 1st Cycle

With proper PCT including Osti Sarm to keep gains, what should one expect to feel mentally when you come off your first cycle? I have experienced that "on" feeling on cycle, and have read about post cycle withdraws and depression and was wondering about first hand experiences and tips.

Well, you may see a decrease in libido and general drive to train. I think some of that is mental. Its easy to get up and train when you know you have the goods coursing through your veins. I've never dealt with depression but I've always had a strong PCT protocol. That may be due to some of the high dosages and combinations of gear some guys use. Just keep you nutrition on point, follow you PCT, train hard and you can keep the majority of your gains and strength.
 
Most of the effects during PCT are mental, and they take place as a result of losing the benefits you get during the cycle. If you run a proper PCT there should be no physical problems, and you should be able to keep most of your gains. For that you will need to keep training hard and monitoring your diet.
 
if you run a solid PCT you will not notice a crash physically.. yes you will lose SOME strength obviously, especially if you ran something like tren that is very androgenic .. but you will keep a lot of strength

as far as mentally as long as you have a solid base where you have lifted before using steroids you will be fine. if you hopped on juice after a short time lifting then you will probably have a tough time cause you never knew how to lift without them.

With a good PCT protocol, your strength and muscle loss will be very minimal. The biggest difference will be the loss of that 'on' feeling. You won't feel as aggressive, as strong or have the same sex drive.

It's hard to give specific answers because each person will have a different experience. You will most likely go through a mild depression. Use this time to remember how blessed you are. I always do some volunteer work during my PCT to remind myself how fortunate I am and how good I have it.
 
I agree that the mental aspect hits you harder because you watch some of your gains fade
