whats is going on with my titty

Alright so I woke up and had a bit of tenderness in my pec, thought it was doms from heavy ass close grip. Throughout the day it kind of developed. Now it feels like a lump. This shit doesn't feel pea sized, it feels larger like a large kidney bean.
What it FEELS like, is one of those glands under your chin that gets swollen when you're fighting off a cold or something.

Things to note:
-It's not hard. Its somewhat squishy.
-It's tender like a swollen lymph node
-My nipples aren't puffy or sensitive.
-It's NOT under the nipple. Its towards a couple inches away from the nipple towards the outside of my pec
-If I flex my pec, I can't feel it when i touch or push on the skin or nipple, so it's deep down in there.

I've been taking adex around .33mg eod for the last week or so. Tylenol coupled with ibuprofen seemed to help with the tenderness temporarily.
I'm only running 100mg prop eod (ends tomorrow) and 200mg test E per week along with 350mg/wk tren e.

Does this shit sound like gyno? Or could I just have a swollen gland in my breast.. I've taken more than 600mg of test E without any AI and never got any nipple sensitivity before.

The adex depending on your sensitivity should have the test under control but have you been running anything for prolactin with tren being a nandrolone derivative? Caber, prami, bromo? You could have a flare up from prolactin issues if not.

I agree with peter. The arimidex (assuming it's not bunk) should limit total aromatization and have your estrogen levels within the normal range.

It sounds like a prolactin issue to me. Especially if you have taken more then 600mg of test enanthate with no nipple sensitivity before. Order cabergoline from ag-guys.com and dose 0.5mg EOD for a week, then continue with a maintenance dose of 0.5mg E3D.

I've been on .5mg eod for about a week by now. I'm starting to think it's a gland acting up for some reason. It's just one side and it feels too much like a lymph node

i think prolactin as well. up the dose to .5mg ed. if that doesn't work then either see a doc or start to cycle off

prolactin shouldn't be a problem if estrogen is in check

this is a classic example of your body changing. just because you were foolish before and got away with it doesn't mean you should keep doing it. your body can become more gyno sensitive as you get older

at this point I would get letro and slam that estrogen down.

Letrozole should definitely help to take estrogen under control.

Get blood work and you'll know if you're having an prolactin or estrogen problems. Then combat it from there.

I woke up and shits back to normal... I really think it might have been auxiliary lymph node swelling. There are some anterior pectoral nodes

to be safe i would get some aromasin. its better than arimadex. dose it at 12.5mg ed. prevention is critical. If it is back to normal don't take any more chances. if it does turn into gyno letro is something you don't want to have to turn to. its really hard on the body and hinders gains

if it's that bad adex and aromasin aren't enough, you'll need letro.. But only bloods will confirm the actual cause, but 95% of the time when estro is controlled then prolactin is fine..

so im confused. When you laid this out in the beginning where do you think you were taking trt doses? especially with tren enth in the mix?

I meant to take .75mL every week and I was doing .75 twice a week. I was also putting tren e and test prop in the same syringe and just didn't pay attention I guess
