Ive been taking Optimum Nutrition Whey protein 4 times a day mixed with milk. One scoop in the morning, lunch, post workout, before bedtime. I was thinking about taking two scoops in the morning and two at night. Will that change anything. Will I still be getting a good supply of protein to last me the day?

That's quite a bit of powder per day. I'd recommend trying to hit your protein requirements from more whole food sources and limit yourself to one shake per day

That's quite a lot of shakes. But 2 x 2 is fine.

Will it change anything. If you are still consuming same amount of protein each they there isn't going to be any measurable difference.
However my only question is what's the point of taking that much protein (in powdered form)?

whey protein is processed, this means it is going to be hard for the body to digest already.. not to mention it is dairy and most americans are very lactose intolerant. our friends in northern europe have the least sensitivity.

so consuming it 4X a day is not a good idea under any circumstances.
