Iv suffered from acne my whole life ,with that being said I am now 33 and have had it under control for the past I would say 6 years. I only get episodes every so offten when I start indulging in fatty or gressy food.Iv been working out and controling my diet for the past 6 years aswell. Iv never really been into supplements Iv just worked out and ate healthy and always got results.Once I hit 31 (2years ago)I started takeing supplements for energy ,and to burn fat ,but iv noticed it made my acne come back .What can I take or not take so I can get it back under control.any advice would help
