That's very true. On orals I notice big changes in my 3rd week.. I'll just look and the mirror and say wtf.. As if I transformed overnight. It's surreal.

It's going to vary person to person. Winnie is great for me in week 3, but I rarely make it into week 5 since my joints start to ache.
