Winstrol advice

Current situation….. I’m on TRT 400mg test cyp per week. Gonna start EQ cycle (500 mg/week) for 15 weeks. I’m going to end the cycle with winstrol. I’m going to take 37.5 (1 1/2 tabs) per day for the final 6 weeks to maximize the cutting stack.

I’m 5’10” tall, 218 lbs, 10% body fat.

THE QUESTION

What do you recommend dosage-wise for winstrol? The info I’ve read says up to 50 mg daily. Also…. Do I need to split the amount into a morning/evening dose?

50mg is a max standard dose. i preferred 25mg though cause it wrecked my hair and joints

If you're doing self TRT 400mgs that's a cycle FYI, with EQ 500mgs it's a big one. If you want to close it out with winstrol I would go 50mgs per day.

Split into 25mgs AM and 25mgs preworkout or PM. You need to add n2guard 7caps/day for organ liver kidney support.

Consider adding ostazol m1mk preworkout too, will give you pumps and energy with the winstrol.

You would need to take 50mgs of WINSTROL daily, splitting into 2 doses, morning and night

50 mg per day... ive found any difference splitting the doses as opposed to all at once... make sure you are using n2guard with it

I would go wtih 40-50 mg per day and make sure to be using N2Guard for your cycle support

would recommend adding n2guard to your cycle....

25-50mg per day is a great dose and splitting is completely up to you. Not necessary though. Make sure you run N2Guard since winny is liver toxic.
